Very pleased with this MacBook. Shipment was very fast. Came clean and spotless, like new, with Apple charger. Performance the past two days has been perfect, and I have tried all the basics; music, video, MS office apps, browsing, etc. Now, I am not a power user, gamer or programmer, so I can’t speak to performance at those levels, but for me it is perfect. This 2020 MacBook is the best laptop I have used. It’s fast, great new upgraded keyboard and plenty of storage. Very happy with this purchase. Perfect condition at a great price. Horrible horrible horrible. I can’t even open three tabs without this laptop crashing. I requested a replacement, and it never got replaced. Now, I can’t request another one, I have to stick with this horrible horrible horrible laptop. I called customer service and they were no help. I can’t even request a refund! I just wanted a working laptop, this one sucks so bad. It’s so slow, overheats, the battery life sucks, it dies so fast even while on the charger, it’s a nice looking laptop very high tech and it’s easy to setup, but the storage runs out of space so quickly even while having 70+ available space. The condition of the laptop was good, but everything else makes this laptop so trash. The charger they provided me with doesn’t even work. I’m so angry! ... show more

I've had this MacBook for almost six months now and I am not disappointed. My daughter also has the same one from the same seller that she bought before going to college. Hers is still going strong after a year and a half and I have not had any problems with mine since purchase. Sometimes the battery doesn't last as long as I sometimes need it to (hence the four stars) but I primarily use it at home and keep it plugged up anyhow so that doesn't bother me. The size is perfect for me and the monitor is as it should. I have no problem with lagging and its useful for my businesses, school and just searching the internet. I like the navigation bar also. I happy with my purchase. I also like being able to answer my phone and texts when my phone is not close to me or I don't feel like grabbing it :-). ... show more

Well I’ll just start with saying the damn thing was $3xx bucks for a 2020 laptop I really wasn’t expecting much, packaging was alright but damn the computer was in great condition, looks brand new from the outside, no scratches or anything, keys have minor wear but obviously to be expected, battery life for a 5 year old battery is far beyond what I anticipated originally I was ready to order a battery and install it next day but I don’t have to, holds a charge all day. If you’re on a budget and still want a nice MacBook Pro with that sweet Touch Bar this is the stop for sure. 10/10 would recommend. ... show more

The packaging could be better, but it is not the worse. Cosmetically this MacBook Pro looks great. Has a few minor scratches only noticeable if you are looking up close. The warranty is a lie; there is no warranty. Warranty from apple will be expired. Please read other reviews before buying! I was given the wrong charger. My only option was to contact apple for a replacement or return the whole order. Again, please read the reviews as the return process is not the greatest. I decided to keep it and buy another charger so that's about $450 for the Mac plus $60 for the charger. Apple will not replace any item for free without warranty. Amazon customer service was not helpful. They could have easily credited me the difference for the charger or sent me a replacement. I was more than willing to send the wrong one back like an exchange. However, they wanted me to return the laptop as well. As of now I have no issues with this MacBook. I will give an update if I do. ... show more
