After the unit was professionally installed, it worked great for about 2 weeks. It flashed code PC 04 (communication error) and was not cooling. It was blowing warm air. I contacted the manufacturer and to this day, my unit is still not working properly. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

We bought this unit over a year ago. My husband installed it with a couple of buddies, none of them are AC specialists but they have a working knowledge of what was required. After initial install, it would blow but not cool and we learned, after having our HVAC company come out, that a coil was broken. I contacted the company through Amazon and told them what was going on and they sent us a whole new compressor. We paid a local AC guy to come install it for $250. I bought 3 of these and they absolutely awsome. Very quiet and efficient. Absolutely worth it . Not really hard to install. Just got to be patient to install. Only the brick side of the wall i had problems making the hole to run the lines . But i definitely do recommend this product
