I spent three days researching digital calendars before finally making a decision. I went back and forth between several brands, but in the end I chose Apolosign. I purchased both the 24-inch Portable TV and the 15-inch Digital Calendar, and I can honestly say it has already had an incredibly positive impact on our daily lives. My son and I both have ADHD, so staying organized, focusing on tasks, and following routines has always been a challenge. One of my favorite features is the built-in reward system. It has completely changed our mornings. We used to argue about getting everyday tasks completed before school, but now he happily completes them because earning points unlocks privileges like using the TV remote. Instead of constant reminders and frustration, he’s motivated to complete his responsibilities on his own. It’s been a win for both of us. He also loves the ability to create separate lists. He’s already started making wish lists for Christmas and other occasions, and it’s incredibly convenient to have everything saved in one place that we can easily reference later. I chose the 24-inch Portable TV because it’s the perfect size for my kitchen. One of my biggest struggles is remembering everything I need while grocery shopping. Now I can simply roll the TV around the kitchen and add items to my grocery list as I notice we’re running low. It’s such a simple idea, but it’s already making shopping much easier. I’ve only scratched the surface of everything these devices can do. As a single dad who also owns and operates a small business, the 15-inch Digital Calendar has become an important part of my shop. I use it to manage customer orders, production schedules, and employee schedules. It’s mounted where everyone can easily see it, and because it’s synced with my Google Calendar, everything stays updated automatically. One feature that deserves special recognition is how well it works for co-parenting. Since it syncs with Google Calendar, I can schedule our parenting time (which is an alternating 2-2-3 pattern), appointments, and activities so both my son and I always know when he’ll be with me or at his mom’s house. It makes planning our lives so much easier. I also reached out to Apolosign with a feature suggestion, and I received a prompt, thoughtful response. It’s refreshing to see a company that actually listens to customer feedback. Another huge advantage is that there are no subscription fees required to unlock important features. At the time I’m writing this review, Skylight charges around $72 per year to access features that Apolosign already includes. I personally can’t justify paying an annual subscription just to fully use a product I’ve already purchased, so this was a major factor in my decision. The battery life has been surprisingly impressive, especially considering the size of the 24-inch display. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and I also appreciate the included rubber feet, which help keep the unit stable on uneven floors—something that’s especially useful in my older home. One unexpected benefit is using the portable TV while cooking. I can easily move it into the kitchen to watch recipe videos without balancing a phone or trying to prop up a tablet somewhere. The large screen is easy to see from across the room, and moving it around the house is effortless. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The combination of the portable TV and digital calendar has made our home more organized, reduced daily stress, and genuinely improved our routines. Between the ADHD-friendly organization tools, the reward system, Google Calendar integration, portability, and the fact that there are no ongoing subscription fees, I feel Apolosign offers exceptional value. After months of research and watching price history. I found a beautiful match for our family. This calendar can not be beat even by the "leading models." The Apolosign is incredibly user-friendly, reliable, and the apps that make digital calendars useful, are free. I was able to set up a user side that I use exclusively, it is set up as more of a tablet. It has all the apps I would use on a daily basis, including Pinterest, Netflix, and YouTube. The kids side is set to the Apolosign default settings, which is the calendar, meal planner, Chore chart ect. I could go on for a while about the chore chart! I have 4 kids, each has their own color code. I can add, or adjust absolutely everything from my phone. The chore rewards system is top tier! It even has a fully customizable prize wheel that you can set your own "price" to spin when a kid doesn't really know, (or care,) which prize they're purchasing with their earned coins. You can set up every detail of the chore, and tailor it to each child. You chose the amount they earn. My kids use this daily, hooray! I use it in the kitchen a lot when I am cooking, or cleaning. The sound isn't amazing, but it isn't bad either. You could Bluetooth a speaker to it if you wanted better sound quality. I like to listen to music while I clean. I haven't watched Netflix yet, but I could while walking on my treadmill, or doing a chore at the table. If you're the type to have long baths, it could go sit on a chair or something so you could watch a show, or throw some calm music on. You can download any game from the app store. It can absolutely function as an oversized tablet. It is larger than I had thought it would be, in the best way. I also, really love the screen saver, you can set it to a few different ones, and turn on the sounds that go with, turning it into a sort of white noise machine. The size I purchased comes with a stand and a wall mount. I was very happy to not have to purchase a separate one. This is sturdy! Unfortunately my 6 year old, (current wildest child) got on to set a visual timer so she could "workout" and knocked it from the shelf it sits on, about 4' height. It didn't even phase it. It turned right back on and I haven't experienced any issues. My one and only issue, and it is kind of a big bummer for me as I would like to move it from room to room. It must stay plugged in to a power source at all times, otherwise it is just off. That's it, I have nothing truly bad to say about it. It does absolutely everything I hoped, and an absolute ton more. Way to go Apolosign! This is a winner.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Total game-changer for staying organized! I am so obsessed with this smart calendar! If your schedule is chaotic and you're tired of juggling appointments on your phone, this is the best command center. I just got this today, so I can’t speak to it long term. But I can speak to a few things: -The packing is similar to Apple. Very throughout and intentional. -They include everything, except the drill, necessary for hanging it (screw driver, drill bit, drywall anchors, level, screws). There is also a template for hanging. -They also provide a stand for it which is thick metal with non-skid pads. It is sturdy and holds the tablet well. Even in the landscape orientation. -Set up was easy. If you have fairly good technological knowledge, even as an iPhone user, set up is not difficult. -Navigation of the system is pretty self explanatory. Again, with knowledge. -The tablet looks sleek, clean, and simple. A couple of helpful tips: -I created a separate Gmail account and did not include my phone number for privacy concerns. I created my calendar on that account. So it is on my phone and the tablet. -You do not have to connect your phone through the cable or WiFi/Google Access app to make it work. Again, for privacy reasons, I didn’t like this. 1) Go through the set up normally but skip connecting your phone 2) Connect your Gmail account but don’t give any permissions when asked 3) Download the Apolosign app as directed 4) After set up go to the settings in the app (3 dots) and import your calendar there. I can’t remember exactly what I clicked but it was something like “import calendar” and it prompted me to provide access to what I wanted. 5)You can allow it only access to the calendar I did not use the Google Access app. I downloaded it and ended up deleting it. I color coded calendar items to allow me to know from far away what it is about-ish

So happy with this calendar! I originally bought a different brand that cost a lot less but only kept it a day until I returned it. I found this one and absolutely love it. So worth the money. It does so much, it's essentially a tablet but laid out so convenient. I can arrange apps, the layout, change backgrounds, connect all the apps I want from my phone. We make meal plans, share calendar events, play music, pull up our security cameras all on this. Very happy with our purchase! I couldn't tell you one thing I would change or add to it.

I did a lot of research before deciding on Apolosign, and I can confidently say I made the right choice. I seriously considered both Skylight and Cozyla, but after reading countless reviews (and even consulting ChatGPT 😄), Apolosign came out on top. I have four kids who are all involved in multiple activities, and both my husband and I work full time, so organization is absolutely critical for our household. Apolosign is synced with our existing Google Calendar and clearly displays all upcoming events for everyone in the family in one central place. What really sets this apart for us is how seamlessly it works alongside Alexa and AnyList. I use AnyList to plan dinners and manage our grocery lists, and having that information visible on the calendar has been a game changer. There’s a running joke in our house where the kids ask, “Mom, what’s for dinner?” and I respond, “Food.” Now they just check the calendar in the morning and get genuinely excited — “Yes! Tacos tonight!” Another longtime pain point was items like milk or cereal getting finished without anyone telling me. Before Apolosign, I tried having the kids add items to Alexa, but the native Alexa app wasn’t always reliable with syncing. Now they add items to AnyList via Alexa, and it immediately appears on the calendar and on my phone — no syncing issues at all. The kids can actually see that their request went through, which has made a huge difference. An added bonus is that if I’m running late from work, my husband or older kids can click into the dinner plan on the calendar and see the recipe or instructions for that night’s meal. Having everything visible and accessible in one place empowers them and takes a lot of pressure off me. I also love using the weather widget so the forecast is always visible at a glance. Overall, Apolosign has been an incredible tool for our family. It has already saved me a significant amount of time and mental energy by bringing all of our needs into a single, family-visible device. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to any busy household.
