    • Great scooter
I have had mine for about 3 days and gone on 2 6.5 mile trips. What I like: Good packaging, easy to assemble, good instructions, very nice tool kit. The scooter has great power, I am 6' 200 lbs and was a bit concerned as my rides are on some really steep hills. The steepest hill I found so far slowed me down to 11 mph, all the others slowed me down to about 14 mph. This is faster or about even with the speed my Radrover 6+ can take these hills at full power with pedal assist, although my legs aren't very strong. It is definitely more powerful and faster than my Radrover, especially from a dead stop. The regen brakes are amazing, I am sick and tired of riding the brakes on my radrover and burning through brake pads all the time, that is the main reason I bought the scooter. Cruise control is sweet, I didn't even know it had it when I bought it but oh man it is very nice. Dislike: The range is a bit less than I hoped for, on both 6.5 mile trips I returned with about 48% battery. This is in the fastest mode with the speed limit set at 25 mph. I am hopeful for better range in some of the other modes but I have yet to try them. I was aware when I bought it, but not a big fan of the narrow handlebar width. I could care less about the blinkers so I will hopefully find the correct thread pattern and extend the bars at some point. Overall I would give the scooter 9/10, if it had more range it would be perfect. And it very well might once I try some of the slower modes (but what fun is that??). ... show more

    • Lack luster performance
Scooter arrived packaged nicely and with tools to repair and maintain the scooter, was very impressed by that. After inspecting the scooter I found damaged parts from assembly. Brake cable had been pinched causing a large cut to the coating protecting the brake cable. The handlebar stem was severely gouged with what looks like a screw driver. I contacted Apollo with my damages. They said it wasn’t enough damage to exchange and send me a new one. The customer service rep offered me a discount on accessories which I accepted. Regretfully it’s been 5 months and I haven’t received the item I purchased with the discount. Customer service gives me update when I send them a request for info on when my item will be shipped. Constantly using a new excuse for why my item hasn’t shipped, isn’t available or just waiting on customs. I would not recommend Apollo scooters to anyone because if these issues ... show more

good power easy to set up light enough to carry up and down the stairs. i wish the wheels were larger for the darn pot holes.

    • Tire flat after 3 days
Update: Replacement arrived with flat rear tire. Tried filling rear tire with air compressor, it won’t hold any air at all. This is my second return of this scooter, exact same problem as the first one. >>Rode 3 times over 3 days, rear tire already flat. No clear instructions on how to fix it… a patch? a pump? a new tire? Commuting on nice paved recreation trails. Not off-road, not over potholes. Other than the flat tire, it’s a great machine. Reached out to Apollo, no word back so I’m returning the scooter and I am sad. ... show more

I actually had to return this guy. My kid loved it but the range was too low for our purposes We have an Apollo Phantom(bigger more expensive) for my husband, a Hiboy Pro Max for my lightest kid and me and my youngest boy both weigh around 175. I got the Emove Cruiser S and he got this Apollo Go. We returned it cuz we’d all go out for rides together and this one just slowed down and would stop before any of the other ones even began to slow. This ride I’m taking about, in particular was almost 12 miles exactly and we were on smooth scooter trails and no one else was there that day so we were going pretty fast. The Go has many great things about it. The acceleration is GREAT. The maneuverability is great. Its lightweight is nice. The design is cool and sleek. I would recommend this to any lighter weight rider with a shorter commute. ... show more
