    • Great scooter
I have had mine for about 3 days and gone on 2 6.5 mile trips. What I like: Good packaging, easy to assemble, good instructions, very nice tool kit. The scooter has great power, I am 6' 200 lbs and was a bit concerned as my rides are on some really steep hills. The steepest hill I found so far slowed me down to 11 mph, all the others slowed me down to about 14 mph. This is faster or about even with the speed my Radrover 6+ can take these hills at full power with pedal assist, although my legs aren't very strong. It is definitely more powerful and faster than my Radrover, especially from a dead stop. The regen brakes are amazing, I am sick and tired of riding the brakes on my radrover and burning through brake pads all the time, that is the main reason I bought the scooter. Cruise control is sweet, I didn't even know it had it when I bought it but oh man it is very nice. Dislike: The range is a bit less than I hoped for, on both 6.5 mile trips I returned with about 48% battery. This is in the fastest mode with the speed limit set at 25 mph. I am hopeful for better range in some of the other modes but I have yet to try them. I was aware when I bought it, but not a big fan of the narrow handlebar width. I could care less about the blinkers so I will hopefully find the correct thread pattern and extend the bars at some point. Overall I would give the scooter 9/10, if it had more range it would be perfect. And it very well might once I try some of the slower modes (but what fun is that??). ... show more

    • Lack luster performance
Scooter arrived packaged nicely and with tools to repair and maintain the scooter, was very impressed by that. After inspecting the scooter I found damaged parts from assembly. Brake cable had been pinched causing a large cut to the coating protecting the brake cable. The handlebar stem was severely gouged with what looks like a screw driver. I contacted Apollo with my damages. They said it wasn’t enough damage to exchange and send me a new one. The customer service rep offered me a discount on accessories which I accepted. Regretfully it’s been 5 months and I haven’t received the item I purchased with the discount. Customer service gives me update when I send them a request for info on when my item will be shipped. Constantly using a new excuse for why my item hasn’t shipped, isn’t available or just waiting on customs. I would not recommend Apollo scooters to anyone because if these issues ... show more

good power easy to set up light enough to carry up and down the stairs. i wish the wheels were larger for the darn pot holes.

    • Could not get it to pair with iPhone 14
The scooter is very nice looking, and easy to put together. It came with a took kit, extra screws, and a pump. The problem was that I scanned the QR code, which allows you to register and unlock the throttle, but once I downloaded the App, I could not connect to my iPhone. I made several attempts sourcing the App from different QR codes and downloading directly from the App store, and had the same issue all three times. I contacted the Customer Service team, sent a video demonstrating the issue, and have not heard back from them since I reached out. I sent them three follow up emails telling them that I will have to return the scooter if I do not hear back from them. Its unfortunate because I really like what I see, but if you cant get the setup right, what are you to expect down the road? ... show more

Simply said, this scooter is incredible! My boyfriend and I got two Apollo City 24’s and have loved them so far! I was itching for another scooter just for fun and came across a basically brand new** GO on market place so we got it!! For starters, the Apollo GO is so much fun to ride! It’s got a rock solid build, it’s quick and zippy when the settings are cranked up and it can go pretty fast for its size. The next thing I noticed was how great the suspension is! It works sooo much better than I ever could’ve guessed and I did a bunch of research on this sucker before I had decided on the City. Lastly, the updated design and tech build in is awesome. The lightbar in the stem is bada**, the quad lock and DOT display are super cool and useful too!! Those are some things I WISH my City 24 had but maybe we’ll get that in the next update. Oh and Apollos customer service is top notch and have helped us with so many things that other scooter companies would never** do. ... show more
