Seems like a good quality lift...however...i cant blame the chineese...i nlame the americans who sold it to me for the lack of instructions and details that came with it...luckily i have installed a lift before...but even at that i had a few head scratchers installing this one...come on guys...if your going to sell something...put some decent instructions with it...too many ?'s with this...pitiful...ill update once its up and running...UPDATE: Lift is very sturdy...better than the dan mar lift i had at my old shop comparable in price...much better built...went through lift test runs...started light and went to heavy...no issues...lift worked great...will change from 3 stars to 4...still erps me that they couldnt have put better instructions...they may have been better off with none as some were misleading...also...i used extra plates under feet...probably did not need to but just some extra peice of mind...all and all...good lift... ... show more

im not one to write reviews and be a karren but when you truly have a bad experience spending thousands of dollars with a company to get the bare minimum from customer service not willing to resolve the issues when very apparent damage from manufacturing and shipping has occurred its sad. lift was purchased in late january 2024, what i recieved was a 8 month old sitting on the self lift from april 2023. every single piece of painted metal scuffed and deep gouges to bare metal, safety lock parts were not threaded and had weld splatter in one hole, lock cable is wrong and multiple feet to long, best of it all when first firing it up discovered a hydraulic hose had a hole in it straight out the box! save yourself the headache and buy a name brand lift for the extra money. best kicker is 3 week wait for parts and zero compensation! they will offer you $50 bucks back even though you paid $3k for it and they have it on sale for $2,800. this company and lift is a joke. ... show more

I've had this lift installed for about 3 weeks now. I've had several different vehicles on it from my side by side to my dually. If you're in the market for a lift, I can't recommend this one enough. Shipping was fast. Install isn't bad if you have help and basic mechanical knowledge. Customer service was excellent and responsive. My lift was delivered with minor damage (broken safety latch hardware, tool tray and door bumper missing, and light scuffing on the post) seller quickly took note of what was missing and had them delivered to me within the next week. Very happy with my purchase. Update: I've had this installed In my shop for about a year now and it's been used heavily. From leaving vehicles on it well over a week at a time to raising and lowering several times on one job. Still holding and doing its job, 10/10 recommend and planning on purchasing a 4 post from the same company because of this experience. ... show more

Lift works well. If you have never assembled one before be prepared for huge amounts of anxiety. Very poor install instructions. I have owned several lifts so assembly was easy enough. Delivery was another issue. They do not deliver to your home but instead to the closest hub. Added more money to get delivered to my residence. Lift was poorly packaged so with all the scratches and dents it looks older than the 20+ year old lift it was replacing. Overall it is a decent lift, just a lot of disappointments to go with it. ... show more

I had an older 7000 lbs. Rotary lift and wanted to replace it with one with more safety features and a larger lifting capacity. I chose this lift because of price and it had all of my safety items. I chose this version of the lift because it has the single lever that you can pull to unlock the safety locks on both sides at the same time. Please note that there is a cheaper version of this unit that you have to unlock each side separately before lowering. I downloaded the installation instructions and I must say that I thought that they did a pretty good job, but it takes a little common sense to install one of these. The lift has plenty of lifting power and with a double cab Tundra on it you and still open the door to get out. The arms do not seem to bend under the load. You will need almost 2.5 gallons of hydraulic oil to fill the hydraulic tank. My only complaint was with the YRC shipping company that delivered it. Is was delayed and got pretty scratched up in transit. That being said, I consider this a good purchase and would do it again. ... show more

Earlier put review in about delivery of product. I contacted company and they fixed the issue and was able to get the product delivered to my house without issue and picked up the cost of it. I was not able to remove the old review so I am putting in this correction
