We are extremely happy with this 12x16 Aoxun louvered pergola. The all-aluminum frame feels very sturdy and durable, and the modern design instantly upgraded our backyard. The built-in drainage system works great and keeps water from dripping inside during rain. The louvered pergola is a wonderful addition to my deck, completes it in a perfect way. When closed, it keeps the covered area dry. You can also open it and enjoy nice sunny days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pergola. It is made of some type of aluminum with a very nice coating, that feels like plastic. I don’t think that the pergola will ever get rusty. It is solid and sturdy and comes with options to be mounted to concrete, wood or metal, according to your needs. It is easy to assemble, with no special tools necessary. Everything you need is provided and the instructions are very easy to follow. It can also serve as a perfect garage

I was shopping for a long time for a good loved pergola and was skeptical of this product due to low price. This took my husband and I about 6 hours total to put together, so it's not a quick setup, but it is super simple. Love the curtains included as well. This is an amazing permanent installation on our deck. It's the perfect size. I wish I would have splurged on it sooner! The details such as the cutting and painting and assembling are very well designed. It’s aluminum with coating, great quality! We love the way this turned out on our deck!

I was not able to use the 12 x 10' pergola because the area that I was trying to put it up is only a little wider than 10'. This pergola uses hand cranks that are installed on the OUTSIDE of the posts on the 10' sides. The handles stick out 6.5" on each of two posts. These cranks are not shown in the description images, except one appears to show a crank on the inside face of a post! The customer can't see this except on the drawings in the instruction booklet, which you only see after its been delivered and you start to assemble. I contacted the seller to explain the issue and even offered to install new crank mechanisms on the inside face of these two posts if tgey would send me the parts (the existing ones are not removable), but I just got the "run-around" from Aoxun, and now that the 30-Day Return window is near closing, I had to request the Return from Amazon. So, now I get to disassemble the parts I put together and repack them...Lucky Me! This review will be edited to 1 Star if Aoxun refuses to reimburse the return shipping (their instructions say that the customer has to pay for the freight up front and may or may not be reimbursed afterward). This review will be deleted if they do the right thing and pay for the return shipping. I've already wasted several hours trying to work this out! I'm going to buy a different pergola that has a down-rod style louver operator, that I know will work in this space, now. This pergola requires At Least 11.5' clearance on the 10' side! I wish Aoxun had made this clear in their description! The product seems well-built, otherwise.

Like how it looks and shades our deck wonderfully. My only negative is the mosquito netting blows all over the place when you have it down & zippered together. It really needs to be attached at the bottom to each of the posts. Even the smallest breeze blows it up on top of the furniture. Would love the company to come out with a screen panel kit with & without screened sliding doors. Something more permanent would be great. Install was not too bad, there were 3 of us.
