The louvered pergola is a wonderful addition to my deck, completes it in a perfect way. When closed, it keeps the covered area dry. You can also open it and enjoy nice sunny days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pergola. It is made of some type of aluminum with a very nice coating, that feels like plastic. I don’t think that the pergola will ever get rusty. Like how it looks and shades our deck wonderfully. My only negative is the mosquito netting blows all over the place when you have it down & zippered together. It really needs to be attached at the bottom to each of the posts. Even the smallest breeze blows it up on top of the furniture. Would love the company to come out with a screen panel kit with & without screened sliding doors. Something more permanent would be great. Install was not too bad, there were 3 of us.

I was shopping for a long time for a good loved pergola and was skeptical of this product due to low price. This took my husband and I about 6 hours total to put together, so it's not a quick setup, but it is super simple. Love the curtains included as well. This is an amazing permanent installation on our deck. It's the perfect size. I wish I would have splurged on it sooner! The details such as the cutting and painting and assembling are very well designed. It’s aluminum with coating, great quality! We love the way this turned out on our deck!

I’m confident that rust will never be an issue with this pergola, which is a huge relief. It’s built to last, and you can tell just by looking at it. One of my favorite features is the adjustable top. Whether you want to bask in the sunshine or seek some shade, you’re in control. It's like having the best of both worlds—sunny days or cozy, shaded afternoons, all at the twist of a lever! Assembly was a breeze. You don’t need any special tools or a degree in engineering to get it up and running. I was pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the instructions were. Plus, it comes with mounting options for concrete, wood, or metal, so you can set it up wherever suits your needs best. Now, my backyard feels like a chic outdoor retreat, perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening gatherings. Price-wise, it is not cheap and quite steep but it will be worth it in the long term.

So this went together pretty easy with my son helping me as it takes two to make things go. Packages came well done with no damage to anything. Here is one bit of help….. the directions are in box 6 and no one tells you this. So it appears that quality is good BUT the Allen head screws are soft and will spin out and strip if you are not extremely careful. There is little in the way of spelled out directions just basically pictures. The web page said it could handle 10 inches of snow but the directions in the box say no more than 2 inches. We have had little snow this year which is why this project didn’t wait for spring so will see how it goes but it appears to be a good buy in general UPDATE 1/24/26 So wanted to express my thanks to customer service and what better way than to do it here. I have no idea what happened but one of the middle supports broke. I was surprised as the supports are well made and stout so no clue. I was thinking oh damn this isnt gonna go well but I emailed customer service with the pictures and held on to see what would happen. Customer service was on the job and within a day they said I was within warranty and they would send the part. Well just a couple days later true to their word here came the delivery driver and a replacement post. I would give more stars than 5 on this if I could.

It's beautiful. A weekend DIY project. We were very excited to use it till it rained. The middle connectors where the two beams meet are leaking on both the edges for us. I so dearly wanted it to work, but unfortunately the water leaking (esp. in the Pacific Northwest where we get frequent rain throughout the year) is not an option for us. I will reach out to the seller, if he / she can offer any support for fixing this. Will update my review after.
