I love this pergola, I'd give it 5 stars if the instructions were better. It's not hard to put together, but you need a minimum of 2 people, 3 is even better. Its sturdy, looks great, and functions exactly like I wanted. I had to redo the slats 3 times because the pictures in the instructions are terrible. Once I figured that out everything was good. Unfortunately, my delivery did have some damage, but customer services was really fast to reply and provide a replacement part.

My wife and I really love this pergola. It arrived in several boxes (maybe 6 or 7) and each box was very well packaged and protected. We bought it in June of 2025. Then winter rolled around and I woke up one morning to a pretty bad ice/snow storm for the Memphis, TN area. I went out to open the louvers so the ice would not build up and damage the pergola but I was too late and they were already froze shut. The pergola roof structure did buckle, however, I must say it was way stronger than I thought it would be. I contacted the manufacturer to purchase replacement parts, however, they replaced all the damaged pieces at no cost even though this was my mistake, not theirs. We now have our pergola back restored like new and are sitting by the pool enjoying it. I would definitely recommend this pergola to others and will possibly end up buying another.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this pergola and for the price, it’s great quality and looks amazing in my backyard! The only issue I had was with the instructions—they were pretty basic and not very detailed. The hardest part was figuring out how the retractable panels on top were supposed to go, but we managed to get them installed. It took about six hours to build with another person, so definitely plan on having help. We were missing a few parts at the end, but after contacting the company, they sent them out right away with no issues. Overall, if you’re looking for a great pergola, this is the one—you won’t be disappointed!

This pergola does not close completely, leaks and is already disintegrating after only days of standing. Now comes the fun of returning this disaster to these sellers. Updating my review because the person I hired to put it together did so incorrectly. It took this company a little while to respond to me, but they tried to be helpful. The pergola is now put together correctly, and it’s been nice so far. Perhaps better assembly instructions would help?

Parts are all labeled good Lots of pictures A couple word phrases would be helpful here and there to make sure you don’t put the tops on upside down One of the four posts was missing three pre-drilled holes and had a stud that had to be grind off Otherwise, it looks really nice and seems to be a good quality Especially the mesh screen and and and black out cover.

Can’t wait to enjoy this more this summer! It really is nice! I don’t think the instructions were very thorough we ended up having to put it together about 3 times before getting it right! I love the curtain and mosquito netting, but when the wind blows it’s all over the place. It was also sent missing one of the tie backs for the curtain. They offered me $15 or another tie back to put on myself. I think they should have sent a whole new curtain, but that’s just me. Otherwise looking for the weather to start warming up more to really enjoy this! The structure is very sound, heavy, quality material!
