The media could not be loaded. Bought this pergola and for the price, it’s great quality and looks amazing in my backyard! The only issue I had was with the instructions—they were pretty basic and not very detailed. The hardest part was figuring out how the retractable panels on top were supposed to go, but we managed to get them installed. It took about six hours to build with another person, so definitely plan on having help. We were missing a few parts at the end, but after contacting the company, they sent them out right away with no issues. Overall, if you’re looking for a great pergola, this is the one—you won’t be disappointed!

I love this pergola, I'd give it 5 stars if the instructions were better. It's not hard to put together, but you need a minimum of 2 people, 3 is even better. Its sturdy, looks great, and functions exactly like I wanted. I had to redo the slats 3 times because the pictures in the instructions are terrible. Once I figured that out everything was good. Unfortunately, my delivery did have some damage, but customer services was really fast to reply and provide a replacement part.

Let me start that I was very impressed with the packaging, there is no way anything could be scratched. Everything was wrapped and packaged better than I ever expected. Materials were again better than I expected. The aluminum, though on the lighter gauge but by no means cheap. Putting together was relatively easy and all holes lined up. Very impressed with the engineering of how everything went together. I put it together in an afternoon and fastened to my deck and the very next day had 50mph winds, was very concerned on how it was going to hold up. The louvers were flapping on the big gust but all held up very well. As I am writing this review we are sitting under pergola with louvers closed in a lot of sun and sitting in the shade just as we hoped it would do. We absolutely love this pergola but time will tell as far as how long it will last. It has only been up for one week but as of now it gets a 5 star plus! It has exceeded our expectations at this point.

Everything seems very well made and packaged. Takes a bit of time due to all the parts, but it was fairly easy to put together. My only wish was that the louvers were attached better. They just kinda snap into place and can easily be pulled back off, which is great for ease of installation, but I don’t have much faith for them in a random gust of wind.

GARBAGE. IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL. GOOD LUCK PUTTING THIS POS UP. The step getting all four legs up and connected is impossible. If the screw holes are 1 micron off and they will be due to the constant flex on the four sides of the unattached pergola, it won’t screw in. And good luck trying to get two of the three of them in as they’re hidden by the rest of the unit and you can’t see the line up. Oh and they put a nice hole at the top of the leg so if you slip while screwing the bolt can fall into the leg so you have to go down and pull the leg up to get the screw Brilliant. Spent a whole day trying to screw one of them in to no avail.
