Absolutely love this gazebo! The structure is very solid, the aluminum frame feels strong and stable, and the hardtop roof provides great shade while still letting in natural light. It looks even better in person than in the listing. Installation took some time, but all the pieces fit well and the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it feels extremely sturdy — no wobbling at all. The curtains and netting are great quality too, perfect for both privacy and keeping bugs out. I order the gazebo to replace the old pergola wood patio over I had. I had looked at completely redoing my wood and my son had purchased a patio gazebo and I liked it. I did some looking and searching and chose this one from Amazon after reading the reviews. When the unit arrived and was only 3 boxes for the gazebo roofing and curtains I was concerned. I opened the boxes one by and layed my parts out checking them off against the parts list and everything was there. After that I decided to start prepping things to get a start on the assembly for the next day and following the instructions I had the frame assembled and standing on my patio in 2 hours without any problems and was impressed be the easy assembly. The next day my son came by and we finished assembling the roof and installing the curtains in another couple hours. After some squaring and minor tweaking the slotted holes are nice to allow squaring things up. One last tightening of the hardware and we were done. I am very happy and pleased with this purchase and highly reccomend this unit. I am writing my review sitting under it now having my morning coffee watching the day in my backyard.

We bought this gazebo to use in Ohio and used it all last summer and fall. Love the two layers of wall panels that are designed to surround the structure: one is mesh and the other solid fabric. The panels are well made and durable. It was easy to set up, but not fast-- lots of pieces! The instructions were reasonably clear and with two people it was a very manageable process. I was concerned from the start about how it would handle the winter since it's clearly not made to be disassembled in the off-season. At first I was very pleasantly surprised because even in 20-30 mph wind and with the weight of several inches of snow, it held up. The problem arose when a windstorm came through with gusts over 40 mph. The top could not take the strain and several pieces blew out. We rounded up as many pieces as we could find, but we lost a few polycarbonate panels and a couple of the metal supports that hold the panels in place. I reached out to the company by phone and by email to get replacement pieces . Although they responded to my first email asking for more information, once I provided the information I didn't hear from them again despite what several follow-ups on my part. Ultimately it turned out to be easy to find replacement polycarbonate at home Depot. But the replacement metal pieces were much more challenging. I ended up having a local metal shop try to fabricate pieces that would work. One other issue you should be aware of if you're looking to buy this structure. The polycarbonate panels are tinted to block out sun. It blocks the direct sunlight, but it tends to feels like a greenhouse. So in hot areas (80+), it's not comfortable to be under while the sun is shining on it. Although the greenhouse affect is a bummer, if there were any customer service at all I would still give this a 4-star rating for the great design, attractiveness and durability; but the lack of availability of company support to deal with replacement parts is a big negative. Hope this is helpful to anyone looking to buy.

When I first got the item and unpacked it I thought it was flimsy. All parts arrived undamaged. I have had worse instructions, but I have had better. It took about three hours for my wife and I to assemble the frame. We took our time and followed the directions carefully. We spent about three hours the next day on the roof. The worst part was getting the roof panels in the correct position and getting them into the grooves. This took about seven more hours. Peeling off the protective film on the roof panels was a pain. A couple of panels didn't line up correctly. This took some frame adjustments but was eventually corrected. A small bent frame piece was to blame. During construction directions show to install curtain rods early on. I would hold off until the last. They block screw holes needed during construction. I didn't use the enclosed cement or yard anchors. I plan to anchor it to our wooden deck. I'll provide my own hardware for that. After assembly I found the item to be sturdy. I hope the roof holds up to Iowa winter snows. I assembled it in the fall. We decided to wait to install the provided curtains until spring. The curtains look nice but I can't comment too much about them. I think this item is worth the money. I took off one star because the directions were difficult at times. Some of the parts were missing the labels indicating part number corresponding to the directions. Packaging was okay. Shipping was fast

I absolutely love this Gazebo! The finish is perfect, all parts were included, everything fit together nearly perfectly, the insect screen and curtains appear to be heavy duty with large zippers. The instructions included were the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The diagrams and exploded views were spot on, the only time I had to redo work, was from my own lack of attention. I was able to install the entire Gazebo by myself, with the exception of connecting the verticals corner posts to the horizontal head rails.

This Aoxun Hardtop Gazebo has completely transformed our backyard into a place where our family truly enjoys spending time together. From weekend BBQs to quiet evenings, it has become the heart of our outdoor space. The 12'x12' size gives everyone plenty of room to relax comfortably. Assembly took a few hours and definitely went smoother with two people, but every part fit well and nothing was missing. Once finished, the metal frame felt incredibly sturdy and secure. Even on windy days, it stays stable when properly anchored, which gives us peace of mind. The double-roof design keeps the area cooler, while the curtains and mosquito netting are my favorite features. We can enjoy summer evenings without constantly swatting bugs. The curtians provide extra shade and create a cozy atmosphere. This gazebo is beautiful, sturdy, functional, and an excellent value. It is more than just a shelter. Beautiful gazebo that ups your backyard. Perfect place to hang out during bbq’s and pool parties, or start some s’mores in the winter. It was easy to set up, and has withheld through strong winds on the east coast. Despite persistent rainstorms, the rain has not damaged or rusted the frame. The triangular build helps the rain to slide right off. Alongside this, the build of the rooftop helps the gazebo stay cool, in addition to the curtains which can be closed to avoid the sun from heating up the inside or to keep your privacy. Spacious and the perfect height! Which is great for my family especially since we range from 5’5 to 6 foot! Also, it can be used on grass as well if you do not have a back area. All in all, I love my new upgrade to my backyard parties!

Overall, we are very happy with this gazebo. It is a budget gazebo (I don't mean that as an insult, it just is.). It's made of aluminum and the parts are easily bent if not careful, but once assembled it's very sturdy and good looking too. It assembled easily enough (I built it alone but really could have used another person for some of it, so if you are not handy and creative in finding solutions, it will be a challenge). It comes with a nicely done 31 page step-by-step assembly book, all of it is visual with little text, very good in 90% of it. Also, I did find a fairly helpful video that someone posted on YouTube. We live near the ocean and get a strong breeze almost nightly, the gazebo handles it very well. But, it must be secured to the ground. Two minor complaints: 1) The plastic curtain rings are flimsy and I don't think they will hold up for long. 2) The stakes that are used to secure it to the ground are way to short to be of any use unless you have hard clay soil. Do as the instructions suggest and start with a parts inventory. This is one of those projects where if you get halfway through and are missing something, you'll have to stop to order the part, and because it ships from overseas you'll have to wait 2-3 weeks for that part. By the way, their customer service is outstanding! They respond quickly and are very helpful. For the manufacturer: Step 23 (the ridge cap) should moved to before Step 21 OR the part should be redesigned to better align with the holes. The way it is now, you have to reach over already installed roof panels and it was a dog to do. Even with 2 people it would be hard to do.
