Product came I believe within four days of ordering . Wasn’t too hard to assemble everything was labeled as it should. We did just get it up so I’m not sure on. I will update this post if it doesn’t make it through one of our rain storms or anything like that but so far it seems to be durable or more durable than the pop-up tent that we normally put on our back porch. . So as of now I’m happy with the quality of the way. It looks and stuff like that. I do like that. It comes with two little hooks on the inside that if you wanna hang some lights on the inside you can and then you can it’s got little clips on the four corners that you can clip the string lights on. And we got the one that was Gray and I do like the color of that one.. are size wise, which it is pictured as long as you go through all the pictures ours is a 12 x 10 but they’re actually measuring they’re not measuring for them. The legs do not sit out 12 x 10 they’re measuring from the top part that sticks out, but I believe they do have a picture of the measurements. But I wish that the legs were sitting out at the 10 x 12. . Appearance wise looks pretty good. I can’t get really give a review on the screening that goes around it cause we did not put that up. I do like the feature that has its own little bar for the screening versus the pop-up tents, but we did not put that up because our porch is actually bigger than what this gazebo is and the screening would actually be on our way . And of course, we did screw it to the porch so that it doesn’t blow away, but I will update this like I said if it does not make it through any of the storms that are cheap cheaper, pop-up tents made it through.

We replaced an older pop-up canopy with this gazebo, and the difference is noticeable. The frame feels much more stable and doesn’t wobble every time there’s a breeze. During assembly, I would recommend having at least two people because some of the roof sections are awkward to position alone, but once everything was secured, it felt solid and well supported. One feature I appreciate is the screened netting. We often sit outside in the evening, and mosquitoes are usually a problem in our area. Being able to zip the screens closed makes a big difference compared to open patio umbrellas or basic canopies. The netting still allows airflow, so it doesn’t feel stuffy inside. The double-roof design also seems to help with heat buildup. On warm afternoons, the space underneath stays more comfortable than expected, especially compared to our previous canopy that tended to trap heat. The roof provides plenty of shade for a dining table and chairs, making it a nice spot for meals, reading, or simply relaxing outdoors. We’ve already had a few rain showers since installing it, and water drained off the roof without pooling on top. The curtains and netting slide smoothly, and the tie-backs help keep everything neat when not in use. What stands out most is that it makes the backyard feel like an actual outdoor room rather than a temporary shelter. Friends and family naturally gather under it when they visit, and it has quickly become our favorite place to spend time outside.

They are refusing to give me a prepaid return label all the parts were not in package! The whole roof was missing poles were missing! They do not respond in timely fashion ! Amazon is no help at all either! Instructions aren’t really clear the appearance of the material look cheap and not as described in photos at all! Durability oooks as if it will blow with one good wind! I hurried up and packed everything back in the box to ship it off to only be refused of a prepaid return label by seller and a refund by both seller and Amazon so I’m assed out of over $200 bucks right now and I may look for civil suit

Well... this was not the tipping point, and I think that speaks to the directions vs actual assembly. There are some pieces that require some force to align properly. Disappointing with the holes in the top as I was hoping for something water proof to protect the furniture. It fits the space and keeps the sun off of us to enjoy the weather! Not bad for the price.

Great tent. A lot of hardware, but just take it slow and step by step. Took 2 of us about 2 hours to build. Wasn't very difficult. The ONLY con is that the picture shows the tent with privacy walls, and this does NOT have them. Still, a great gazebo!
