Beautiful sturdy assembly. Every part accounted for across two shipping boxes. Instructions clear, detailed, and easy to follow. Rain tested and stays dry. Comfortable roof height. Tips - pay close attention to part orientation. Lots of screw holes that will need to be oriented specifically. Instructions are very good at being detailed enough to show this. Also, the roof panels have sun facing film that needs to be peeled off prior to assembling, there is a SECOND, less obvious film, on the under side of each roof panel to peel away before assembling.

The previous canopy in my backyard collapsed under the weight of heavy snow. I had considered buying a better, larger one, but they cost around two or three hundred dollars; the problem is that, like my old one, it would likely become brittle and worn out after just a year or so, only to be destroyed by a heavy snowfall or strong wind—meaning my money would go to waste. In contrast, this product is incredibly sturdy and easy to install; my father and I put it up in just four or five hours. Each load-bearing column joint is reinforced with an internal steel plate, so there is absolutely no need to worry about structural issues. Every fastener is robust and high-quality; I reckon this will easily last me another ten years!

The project went well and we are happy with the result. The instructions were clear. We live in a heavy snow area, so we are concerned about snow build up on the roof. Of course, we read the warnings about keeping the roof cleared after 2 inches. The roof panels are not as sturdy as the very sturdy structure itself, so we will have to be careful or later on replace the roof.

Fairly easy to assemble, my husband did it alone over one weekend. He did have to cut about 3" off the height because it did not fit under our easment. It's very sturdy. I hung curtains on both sides. We love the way it looks. I am a little worried about the kids playing ball in the yard because the top inserts are glass. Hopefully replacement inserts are available, if needed, 😁. Would recommend.

I feel from this this company that is an inaccurate website review and I will give them a zero because I reached out to them. I reached out to Amazon about returning this product because it was an inaccurate website. It did not fit my deck and they want me to pay for the return labels and then they gave they reached back to me and said that they want me to Take a $20 refund and keep the item which I’m not doing that. It cost me $261.13 from Amazon and now we we are dealing with sending them messages from Amazon to them and waiting them for them to respond. I did call the company to which to give them a heads up about the fact that I want to return labels that’s all I want return labels because I cannot take it back to the United States post office because they will not take something that’s over 70 pounds This company do not nobody deal with this company and buy anything from this company because they are poor quality they do not care about the customer they I did not pay for the stuff to be sent to me. I had free shipping sent to me from UPS and now they’re expecting me to pay the money for it to go back as returned this, this is very inaccurate website. It was meant to be able to fit my deck and it does not fit my deck. It is an inaccurate website. They are poor consumers to deal with on a company based things I am totally disgusted and I’ve told this to Amazon I am not happy that I’ve told Amazon I will not give a good review on these this company. This company has caused me nothing but heartache and end up being upset since yesterday when I realize that it was not gonna fit on my deck because it was an inaccurate website And they don’t know and then they wanted me to take a buyout of $20 cheaper from $261.13 I don’t think so so I just wanna warn people out there. We installed this in the backyard and it really upgraded the space also we needed it over the basement stairs on the top of the stairs because we have a bulkhead. It provides great shade and the structure feels sturdy once assembled. It took a little time to put together, but the instructions were clear. Now we can use our basement as a rental property and there is no leakage when it rains.

Installation took much longer than expected, around 10 hours, even with someone experienced, but the parts were well labeled and the instructions were clear, which helped a lot. The material quality feels a bit on the cheaper side, so I’m unsure how well it will hold up over time. However, it’s doing its job well so far: no leaks, great shade coverage, and it feels stable. Overall, a decent product if you’re patient with assembly and don’t expect premium durability.
