This gazebo absolutely takes all day to assemble. My husband started at 8am and after 2 hours he needed assistance to set the frame up. We are still married after this project lol. We finished at about 5pm. I will say that the instructions were easy to follow. We did not put up the curtains or the netting as we do not think we will need them at this time. First, let's start with delivery. Kudos to FebEx as the boxes were HEAVY. When they first arrived, box 2 of 3 and 2 of 3 were delivered. I reached out to the seller as I had no other tracking information. They were extremely quick with responding and gave me the other number. The box arrived the next day. Great customer service. Second, open the boxes and organize the pieces. This will save so much headache later on. Also, the metal roof has a protective film on both sides that needs to removed. This process took a long time as there are 32 pieces. Third, make sure your power drills are charged and you have some good tunes playing. It will take a long time and just be patient. When it is finished, it looks great. So worth it. We live in a windy spot and it seems as though we will have no issues as it is very sturdy after being anchored to the ground.

Great Gazebo. Packaged well, instructions clear (only one typo noticed : part 4 is actually 3 for putting the gutter corner pieces on), well designed structure. To assemble it took two of us 10 hours to go from boxes to roofing on (20 man hours). Very minor leaks with the sheet metal screws on the roofing panels but will be easily fixed with some caulk. Gutter system works well, they don't actually drain inside the legs but on the outside of the legs which is fine.

I'm giving this gazebo 4 stars because the finished product is beautiful, but the assembly process was an absolute nightmare. I purchased the 12' x 20' model, and now that it's finally standing, it looks amazing. It's sturdy, attractive, and has completely transformed our outdoor space. If I were rating the finished appearance alone, it would easily get 5 stars. Unfortunately, getting to that point was incredibly frustrating. The instructions are honestly terrible. Many of the diagrams are unclear, important details are missing, and several steps leave you guessing what the manufacturer intended. There were multiple times where we had to stop, backtrack, and figure things out ourselves because the directions simply weren't helpful. What should have been a weekend project turned into a 3-day ordeal for two grown men. The difficulty wasn't necessarily the gazebo itself....it was trying to decipher the instructions. Halfway through the build, I genuinely questioned whether this thing was worth the headache and considered whether I would have been better off hiring professionals or choosing a different gazebo altogether. The frustrating part is that the manufacturer has a really nice product here. A better instruction manual would dramatically improve the customer experience. My advice: If you're buying this gazebo, plan for far more assembly time than advertised, have at least two people available, and bring plenty of patience. Bottom line: The end result is gorgeous, but the road to get there was rough. If the instructions were rewritten and made clearer, this would easily be a 5-star product.

I purchased the Aoxun 14' x 20' Hardtop Gazebo with Drainage System and I couldn’t be happier with it. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived perfectly packaged with zero damage to any of the parts. Once assembled, the gazebo feels very sturdy and extremely well‑built, exactly what you want in a permanent outdoor structure. The galvanized steel double roof and aluminum frame give it a solid, premium feel, and the built‑in hooks for hanging an outdoor ceiling fan are a huge plus — a feature I didn’t realize I’d appreciate this much. For installation, it took two professional installers about 8 hours, and I helped a bit along the way. Given the size and quality of the gazebo, that felt completely reasonable. The build quality is excellent, and I’m very satisfied with the final result. Highly recommended if you want a durable, attractive, and functional hardtop gazebo for your patio or garden.

After lots of searching and teafing various Reviews, Decided on chancing this Aoxun 12x10 Gazibo. 3 boxes tightly packaged. Approx. 6-8 hours to fully assemble. Instructuctions have few words and at times pictures are not hard to fallow. Gutter system was the sale for me and works fine at first rain. Bug screen at upper roof is well made. Curtains and screen look to be thick and stitched well. Fully assembled I am over all happy.

Bad customer service. Received several parts damaged and company tried to get us to keep and use for approximately 10% money back. Asked for parts to be replaced had to wait another two weeks for those and two parts were damaged in the same places just not as bad. Price was good but customer service and help on a “24” hour line was not good. Not open 24 hours due to approximately 30 calls with no service. Easy to put together with two people.

purchased the 12’ x 16’ Aoxun hardtop gazebo for my backyard, and overall I am very happy with the result. Once fully assembled, it looks much more high-end than I expected. The black metal frame and hardtop roof give the patio a clean, finished look, and the size is great for an outdoor dining table, chairs, and a hanging egg chair. The frame feels sturdy after everything is tightened and squared up. The double roof design is nice for airflow, and the roof panels provide very good shade, which is especially important in a hot sunny area like Las Vegas. The curtains and netting are also useful. They are not luxury-grade fabric, but they do the job and make the space feel more private and comfortable. Assembly is definitely the hardest part. This is not a quick one-person project. The instructions are workable, but you need to pay close attention to the part numbers and not fully tighten everything too early. Some holes need a little adjustment and patience to line up correctly. I would strongly recommend at least two people, and more help is better when installing the roof panels. It also helps to lay out all parts before starting. After installation, the gazebo feels stable and gives the backyard a very nice shaded area. I have not had any major issues so far, but I would recommend anchoring or weighing it down properly, especially in windy areas. For the price, I think it is a very good value if you are willing to spend the time on assembly. Overall, I’m satisfied with this gazebo. It looks great, provides excellent shade, and makes the patio much more usable. Just be prepared for a long assembly process and take your time with the roof section.
