I am still giving it a 5-star review, even though some pieces were damaged (slightly), even though I have not seen anything packaged so meticulously. Just one piece was really whacked, but with some pliers and a hammer, I managed to fix it so it works. The assembled product is SOLID and beautiful. The instructions could definitely use some improvements, although adequate. Advice: - Definitely need two people for many of the assembly steps. You'll probably need 4 people for one of the steps. Moving the initial roofing support structure on top of the lower assembled structure. One in each corner. - Definitely lay out the parts as you go along. Some assembly units are split in different boxes. - Pay attention to the parts list in each box that spells out what parts are in each box. - When installing the roofing panels, use just one screw (not screwed in all the way) at the bottom to hold each piece in place then go back and screw in the other ones, once you have an entire side finished. It makes lining up the holes a whole lot easier. Learned this the hard way, as holes were not lining up when I secured each panel as I went along. - You ABSOLUTELY need a cordless drill/screwdriver. It helps if it has a clutch, so you don't strip the bolts. They do strip very easily. - The roofing panels have a lining on them. I left them on, but it kinda looks like they can be removed. Not 100% on that. - This thing is very heavy, so make sure you built it where you intend to have it. Especially if you are getting a larger one (I got the 12x16). - Wear gloves. The sheet metal has some sharp edges.

We purchased this gazebo about a year ago and installed it ourselves. It was pretty straightforward, and we’ve now been using it for a full year. We absolutely love it! It looks amazing, feels sturdy, and has held up really well over time. We’ve truly enjoyed using it and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Yes, the price is a bit on the higher side, but it’s definitely worth it. We don’t regret this purchase at all — the quality is excellent. Highly recommend!

When the five boxes showed up at my house, I was a little skeptical opening them. There are literally hundreds of parts! I studied the instructions a couple of evenings and then laid everything out in my yard and started with step one. I assembled this entire gazebo entirely by myself. There’s a couple of small things that could be a little bit better but everything fit as it should! I was shocked with the fit and the fact that everything was there. There is extra hardware included, but don’t lose any. It took me about 10 hours working by myself to put it together And I actually kind of enjoyed it. It looks fantastic fits our spot and the price was right. If you take each step one at a time and get out just the parts for that step it’s not as difficult as it appears at first.

The gazebo is pretty easy to assemble so far. The plastic clips that are supposed to attach to the panels that guild in the channels continuously pop off. They fall off making it hard to place the panels! Frustrating! I've asked if they has any tips...waiting for reply. Most importantly the instructions are horrible. The top of the gazebo has a piece for water drainage but the instructions don't say how to place it what it's for or nothing so it was put in correctly which through the whole project off because nothing lined up we were totally disappointed now we have to hire someone to finish it!

Our new Gazebo arrived on time and was delivered in a total of three boxes that will require team lifting. You will need a large area for assembly. Roof panels came in their own separate box which made it easier for assembly space. Each box has a part list making parts easily identifiable and accounted for. Installation kit came with neatly packaged and labeled parts and 2 pairs of cloth gloves were provided for handling the parts safely! Installation tools are also included. Assembly took roughly three days, working approximately two hours a day after work, totaling about six to seven hours for 2 people and 2 ladders (you will need two ladders unless you are tall!) Assembly went smooth all parts fit together nicely, no issues or complaints. We love the design of this Gazebo, vented and screened roof is a great feature! Great quality sectioned screens that zip together creating a barrier protecting us against thirsty mosquitos and making it enjoyable for mealtime. Nice quality curtains that also zip together providing privacy and UV protection. Each curtain panel can be tied at the corner for easy storage when not in use. We added solar lights to the outside and inside of this Gazebo which added an amazing nighttime aesthetic to our backyard! This is a beautiful and well-constructed Gazeebo that we will be enjoying for many years to come!

I've been on Amazon since it was just a book store, and never written a review before now. For context, I'm still putting this together. Aaand that is why 3 stars. The frame and steel roof appear to be high quality. However the roof part of the instructions and little pieces meant to stabilize the roof panels are worthless as provided. They are plastic, they DO NOT stay in place, and the assembly instructions weren't clear to me even which side is up. Googling several videos I've decided on the right side up and GLUED them in place. It's been night and day between assembling the frame and the roof. Pretty frustrated right now... Some engineer at this company sucks at life. May update later...

Gazebo is a spacious and durable choice for a permanent patio cover.. It is somewhat easy to assemble,. Also, it is maneuverable with four people at each leg. The aluminum frame is notably light, yet it is designed to be anchored or bolted down , preventing the structure from blowing away during extreme weather like tornadoes or hurricanes. Its galvanized steel double-roof provides ventilation while standing strong against heavy snow and rain. One drawback is the lack of a perimeter gutter system. I went ahead and purchased some cheap plastic gutter that I fastened to the side with a PVC downpipe. It only cost $100 for the upgrade.
