I received exactly what I paid for. An Easy to assemble , good quality , sturdy pergola without breaking the pocket book. Took about an hour to assemble solo. However unless you assemble where you plan on using it I do recommend two adults to relocate. It’s covering one big patio window and one day later we can already feel the difference in the temp inside.

Very durable, super easy to assemble (I did it almost alone) and excellent customer service! The fabric ripped about a week after purchase to no fault of the seller (we had a terrible storm and a branch pierced it) and the seller shipped a replacement because I asked. DEF worth the money spent ;-)

I am having issues with water pooling on the tarp. I was away for one day and it rained. When I returned home I had a very large pool of water drooping down. I had to remove about 4 5-gallon buckets of water from the top. Of course it bent the frame and tore the fabric. With the design being that the back is higher that the front, I was quite shocked that the water did not just drain off rather than pool. I have owned a very similar pergola by a different manufacturer for a couple years now and I have never once had an issue with large amounts of water pooling on top like this. So, all in all, I am very disappointed in my experience with this pergola.

At long last, something that feels well-made enough to stand up to anything more than a tiny sprinkle of rain! This canopy is made of all steel tubes, with surprisingly beefy bolts included. The thing goes together solidly, and while it is possible to assemble it with just the "tools" included in the box, having a 9/16 hex driver for your drill is a HUGE advantage. Otherwise, it includes a spare pair of bolts/washers/nuts and the legs even screw together vs. bolting, making it easier to raise up than I had expected. It is *just* wider than my arms are wide at its narrowest point, so once the top is assembled you really want to have either a friend to help you move it or the thing near its final installed position. The cover is suspended sort of like a trampoline in between the top frame, and the most encouraging aspect of this design is that it does not allow for water to pool when it rains, and hopefully (also due to the slanted design) it should shed water effectively. Overall I'm optimistic that this canopy will provide enough shelter from the elements so that we can enjoy a small portion of the patio during a storm, and also won't collect water and rip - which has been the downfall of many canopies prior.

Pretty good quality for the price. It wasn’t too difficult to assemble, but getting it positioned was a bit of a pain because you really can’t tell which side is the front or back until it’s fully together. Even with two people, lining it up was tricky—honestly, having three people would make the whole process much easier (one reads directions, one holds parts, one pretends to know what’s happening). Overall though, it looks sturdy and like it should hold up well. I don’t think it’s fully waterproof, but it should definitely help with shade from the sun and keep the deck drier during light rain. Overall, I’m happy with it for what I paid.

Very nice, a little rough in some build areas but overall engineered great and perfect for our unique pool equipment shade requirement. .Goo price. Very poor instructions but guessing you'll figure it out however, several of the pieces were drilled in the correct locations but indie of the sleeves has metal inside so when connecting the small end into the larger end they would not fit. Had to grind down with a drill and stone bit not something everyone may have laying around their home. The fabric cover and the bungees I fell will degrade quickly in the desert sun but the frame is perfect so I can work on replacement cover ideas as time goes by.

I am so disappointed! This is the only canopy of size 10 x 6 that will fit on my back patio and after piecing it together, it was wobbly, warped, and crooked. I triple checked to make sure every part was connected correctly which was super simple but the legs were not straight. I was hoping to have this set up to enjoy the weekend. The frustrating part is having to disassemble the parts and repackage it to send it back. I am getting a replacement and will see how that turns out. If the replacement is a better fitting item then I’ll come back and give 5 stars but if not I’ll just get a refund. UPDATE: I got my replacement and this frame was much better! I set it up on 3/13 and it looked absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, today, 3/16 it rains and the water just sits in the canopy top. I would change my rating from 2 stars to 5 if this wouldn’t have happened. I kept having to go outside and take my sweeper to lift it up to let the water out. I finally decided to just prop it up and pray for the best. This type of canopy is only good for aesthetics, very light rain, and shade. I will never tell someone not to buy a product because everyone’s experience is not the same! We’ll see how long it lasts.
