When I first got the item and unpacked it I thought it was flimsy. All parts arrived undamaged. I have had worse instructions, but I have had better. It took about three hours for my wife and I to assemble the frame. We took our time and followed the directions carefully. We spent about three hours the next day on the roof. The worst part was getting the roof panels in the correct position and getting them into the grooves. This took about seven more hours. Peeling off the protective film on the roof panels was a pain. A couple of panels didn't line up correctly. This took some frame adjustments but was eventually corrected. A small bent frame piece was to blame. During construction directions show to install curtain rods early on. I would hold off until the last. They block screw holes needed during construction. I didn't use the enclosed cement or yard anchors. I plan to anchor it to our wooden deck. I'll provide my own hardware for that. After assembly I found the item to be sturdy. I hope the roof holds up to Iowa winter snows. I assembled it in the fall. We decided to wait to install the provided curtains until spring. The curtains look nice but I can't comment too much about them. I think this item is worth the money. I took off one star because the directions were difficult at times. Some of the parts were missing the labels indicating part number corresponding to the directions. Packaging was okay. Shipping was fast

I’m really glad I bought this gazebo. I looked at a lot of different ones before choosing this one, and for the price, this was definitely the best value. The size is perfect for our patio—big enough for outdoor furniture and still leaves plenty of space around it. Once it was set up, it made the whole backyard feel like a new space. Everything arrived in good condition with no missing parts, which was a big relief. All the holes lined up well and the pieces fit together like they should, so alignment was not an issue at all. Assembly took some time, but it was pretty straightforward. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and having a second person made it much easier. Once built, it feels solid and stable. The frame doesn’t feel flimsy, and overall sturdiness is better than I expected for this price range. Even with some wind, it feels secure when properly anchored. One of my favorite parts is the screen curtains. They do a great job keeping mosquitoes and bugs out, which makes sitting outside in the evening much more enjoyable. The regular curtains are also nice for extra shade and privacy. I’m very happy with this purchase. Good size, easy assembly, sturdy construction, no missing parts, and great value for the money. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a smaller gazebo before, but it unfortunately collapsed during the recent snowstorm. So this time, we decided to go with a hardtop gazebo, hoping it will hold up better in the weather here in DMV. We started the assembly yesterday, and so far, the instructions are very clear and all the parts seem to be of good quality. We haven’t run into any issues yet. I’ll update again once the assembly is complete. The roof panels are made of a thick, cardboard‑like, clear plastic. They’re very light, but they feel surprisingly rigid and durable.

My neighbor has one just like this, and we really love the features so we got our own! So far, we would like to level our patio area and wait for good weather, so I haven't put it outside yet. I will update my review once it is all set up. However, I've assembled many Amazon furniture like this, and this has very clear instructions in comparison to others. A complete book with step by step instructions and all parts are clearly labeled with numbers and letter that correspond with the diagrams in the manual. The instructions even have color pictures/ diagrams which makes such a difference. Everything in the boxes is securely packaged and were not damaged. Comes with several extra parts just in case (labeled extra parts). And everything is pretty much in order so you don't have to go digging in the box. This is delivered in two big and heavy boxes, so I suggest making sure you are home when delivered and get someone to help carry. Individual pieces are lightweight but very sturdy. Needs at least two people to set up, but instructions suggest four people. Only basic tools are required. The only power tool is a drill or electric screw driver. I would recommend this because there are a lot of screws, so a drill will make it a lot faster. Required tools shown in my video. The size is 10 by 12 and takes up exactly that much space on the ground. I love that this comes with the curtains and screen curtains on all four sides. This makes it truly functional in almost all weather. It gets pretty buggy in my area, so the screen keeps them all out while letting the sunshine in. I can also pull the outer curtains shut for shade or to keep rain/ snow etc. out and protect patio furniture. Both layers have zippers that can completely close the space all the way around. It's truly versatile and stylish.

I am very happy with the Gazebo! Actually very well made and looks great. Deliverd in two boxes. This gazebo has a lot of parts. Very intimating when you see all the little parts in a lot of bags. The parts and pieces are well labeled and the instructions are very good. Few words and a lot of pictures. I was surprised the instructions were so good from a Chinese company. The alignment of the parts and the screws fitted perpectly. A lot of screws! All the screws threaded into it's location, their are no nuts to mess with. It took me eight hours over two days to build. If you don't have patience and get frustrated don't buy it. I had a few situations where I had to take something apart because it was backwards. I did it by myself. I'm 6'5" and needed a latter for some installation. If you don't mind putting stuff together, I highly recommend!

Overall the Gazebo is very nice. Instructions were relatively easy to follow but could use some written directions to accompany the pictures. It took about 4 hours with 2 people to assemble. Just note, you should not tighten all the bolts in the roof system until the panels are installed. Aside from that hiccup it went very easily.
