It creates a comfortable and welcoming environment, however, every time there is a little breeze, the rods unhook from the frame and the fabric droops down.

The absolute worst piece of crap. It’s made of extremely thin sheet metal so as you put it together, it warps. As you slide the shade (the only reason you buy this to begin with) every ring will pop and break BECAUSE it’s made of cheap a** materials. Instructions are vague at BEST. 0/10.

It goes together easily and has held up to our strong winds. It’s pretty light but that was to be expected. The only thing I didn’t like, and why I knocked a star off, was that it isn’t black. It’s a weird silvery color. I spray painted it with rustoleum hammered metal paint and it went on beautifully. ... show more

The pergola arrived on time and is nice quality. Took about 3 hours with 3 ppl to set-up. The instructions were a little confusing but using the online photo helped us to work out some of the challenging instructions. Overall, a good product and I would recommend to others. The product had a set of misaligned holes by half an inch, which unfortunately led us to have to drill a new set of holes nearby. It caused an inconvenience during installation, but otherwise, the product quality seemed satisfactory."
