So far so good. Bought for my 10 year old granddaughter. Good speed, sturdy. Unfortunately, like everything, it runs through an app so all changes, etc go through that. But overall it's very nice with decent features.

Very nice scooter, goes about 16 miles and hour on S mode. The assembly was very simple and quick, the battery/power last a pretty decent time the speed does go down once the battery starts loosing power, the ride is smooth, the button to adjust everything is easily accessible to change speed, turn on lights, I love the purple color of the scooter. I bought 2, one for my 50 pound kid and the other for whoever wants to ride it. 1. Let's start with the with the user interface. There is literally only one button on the screen to control everything for the scooter. It can get annoying and confusing to be pressing the power button to navigate through the setting on the screen. I really dislike it. However, using a phone, there is a app that you can download to control more settings. It's easy to connect via Bluetooth. 2. Ride quality. Due to no suspension on the scooter, riding can get really rough. You'll feel every bumps, cracks, and rocks on the road. As an 145 pound adult, riding it can get really uncomfortable. I suggest to bend the knees when riding this. If you're on smooth road, riding is fun. Brakes are responsive and works. 3. Motor and battery life. My 50 pound kid and I (145 pound adult) rode this today for 4 miles. We rode this on a trail with hills and slopes. Nothing too steep. After riding it and coming back home. My scooter had 2 bars of battery left, while my kid scooter had 3 battery life left. The 350 watt motor was not strong enough for a 145 pound person. I could feel it struggling to go up hill. 4. Speed. On flat road, Me and my kid was able to reach a max speed of 19 mph on sport mode according to the screen. The distance and range of the description of the scooter does not match what the actual scooter is able to put out. Overall, this is a good cheap starter scooter.

scooter came on the correct date, its the same size as a swagtron 5 so its not that small. power feels fairly good for flat ground or very slight hills. haven't been able to test its range yet due to the heat wave going on and not wanting to overheat the scooter, will update when i get the chance. over all seams like a good cheaper scooter, if you want to just go ride and have a bit of fun i would recommend!

Great scotter, I love the features on the scooter and muliple speed options to choose from. I like that it can fold to save space to fit in small spaces. It is light enough pick up and carry. It has safety features also to accommodate your safety. It feels comfortable to ride on. I like that you can change your start off mode. It's very sturdy. Battery charges very fast. The down-side of it is the battery goes down pretty fast riding it after 25 minutes. And the speed says 16 to 24 mph hour but it will only go 16 mph max. it has option to change the speed but will not set higher than 16 mph.
