The trampoline is great, kids love it. Very greased up when we received it, so we had to wipe it down. The problem was that the basketball hoop was not included, and Amazon would only refund me a small amount for this. Now I have to buy a separate one because the kids could read it was supposed to come with one. I wish they could just send it separately since it seems the company forgot! ... show more

First thought the trampoline came at once but there is 3 different boxes that are delivered. Everything was on time and even though I had some confusion with the screws and where they went we ultimately found our mistake and have corrected it so now we have enough parts. Love the instructions they are self explanatory and easy to read unless your like me and it takes some time to understand. Overall good but kids already love it and we arnt even done putting it up yet. At the end you may need to bend some parts so far we haven’t but you can tell the legs are bent inwards a little. ... show more

We bought the 10ft for our grandkids for Christmas. They love it and jump all the time. The assembly was very simple to do. The quality is great for the price. This long overdue review is not so much about the item but the incredible customer service….around end of January or beginning of February we had a pretty good storm and high winds one night and the next day We found the trampoline had been blown over our fence and thrown about 15 feet into the neighbors yard. When we first looked at it we thought we maybe just needed a couple poles replaced and reached out to the company who said they would send us whatever part we needed for free and asked to just send pictures so they had a good idea of what was needed. Once we looked at it closer we realized there was no way to salvage the trampoline, so we informed them that we don’t feel it can be repaired and thanked them for offering to replace the parts. Well their response was that they were sending us a new trampoline at no cost. The damage to the trampoline was not their fault and they did not have to replace it at no cost, but that is what they did. We received it, assembled it and the grandkids were happily jumping again.😊. This was a very generous gesture and so appreciated. Thank you! ... show more

I was a little worried because of the lower price of this trampoline but couldn't be happier that we purchased it! My kids are teens and special needs. I neeed something sturdy and built to last. This trampoline is a solid construction and my kids are loving it! The net does take a while to put on because it is not a tie on. You have to use one very long, for lack of a better term, thick shoelace and weave it through the net to the bottom piece near the springs. It takes a bit of patience and time. We bought the 15 footer and my kids love it! It huge and very bouncy. It took me about 3-4 hours to do. I have a disabled leg and arm so I go pretty slow. The directions only have pictures so that could be better. A couple pieces of advice. The U poles at the bottom have to be turned a certain way to line up and its not labeled. The hardest part was getting all the bolt holes to line up so dont fully tighten any bolts until all bolts are in place. Also, the T connection pieces that connect the metal to make the actual trampoline ring don’t slide right into place. So you will have to hammer the T connections into the metal pieces to connect the ring. The instructions say nothing of this. As long as you go slow and make sure all holes are lined up you get in a rhythm. You just cant beat the price for such a large trampoline. Basketball hoop is junk though it broke on the third day ... show more
