Customer service has been superb. I have had three of these camera's for approximately 1 year and all have worked well except for one. Unfortunately, we have had an extremely cold winter and I believe water got into the rotation area of the camera and therefore wouldn,t allow rotation, wearing out the bearing or whatever helps to rotate the camera. Vertical still functions. Customer service, Allen helped to try and repair the issue but to no avail. I spoke with several customer representatives of all whom were very helpful and pleasant. When repair was not possible they sent me a new camera. Daisy was my last contact who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Allen was my intial contact who was very patient and walked me through the trouble shooting process. Helen was also very helpful. Overall I am very pleased with the camera in how it functions with clarity of picture and recording capabilities. Lighting could be a bit brighter. Motion detection could be better at the periphery. Set-up is a breeze.

GREAT security cameras. Its like these things think and act for themselves once you set them up. High definition visual image, you can put a sim card in to record or subscribe for online record services. Night vision is a definite plus, and you can tell the camera the exact areas you want it to scan to avoid unwanted alerts. Solar charge is a plus.

The Aosu security camera has been reliable and easy to use. The solar panel keeps the battery charged, so there is never a problem at night. The picture quality is great, and sensitivity to events is good as well. I had an issue with the pan-tilt, which was quickly resolved by the customer service team, reachable in the camera app on my phone.

Coming from a background of CCTV I wanted to let others know my experience with this company's products has been excellent. These cameras have been easy to set up and come with PTZ functionality (+2way Sound) beyond what some of the higher end systems used to have years ago. The power draw is efficient enough the solar panel has been ample to keep the cameras running on low light days in the middle of winter months. Range is superb ,1 camera is over 300' from my router outdoors and the remote viewing functionality works flawlessly. Cameras have a micro Sd slot for local storage and a subscription service is available for cloud storage also. The we app have worked well everytime and is not full of annoying pop up adds like some of the "others"

I ordered these a year ago and they have been wonderful. These are a great value, easy to setup and free to use. Installing a SD card is highly recommended then all your events are captures and free to access. The 5MP resolution is terrific. Everything is very clear even at night. The solar panel keeps them fully charged no matter how much use they get. I am glad I purchased the version that has a separate solar panel in order to capture sunlight when the sun is behind the camera. I have one camera in the back yard which is triggered rather infrequently but the one out front frequently triggers in order to capture vehicles as well as various deliveries. It follows them very well. I also check in fairly frequently and the app is very easy to use and offers many features and settings. You can adjust sensitivity, battery management, color night vision, notification, etc. It also links to Alexa and google. There is a panoramic view scan that allow you to instantly view any viewing location that is very useful. Also the light is exceptionally bright and when we arrive home at night it actually follows us while illuminating our walk as we enter the house which is an unexpected advantage. I reached out to customer service via email and I must say that Ann is exceptional. She answered my questions immediately and followed up to make sure I solved the question.

I ordered this 360 PTZ solar camera and let me tell you it is one of the best in the market. I am very happy with my purchase. I received the package and unpacked the contents and boy the items are just fantastic. Camera is well built and study. It comes with a charging wire to pre-charge before installing so the battery is 100% so the solar panel doesn’t have to play catch up. So charge the camera before hand. While the camera was charging I went ahead and turned it on and installed the device to the AOSU app which is fairly easy after registering an account. I link the camera and now I could see the battery percentage while it charged. I played with the pan, tilt and zoom while it was charging and the picture quality is amazing. The connection is very strong at 100% on 2.4G wifi. It also helps that I connected the camera to the mesh wifi box that will be closest to the camera once it’s mounted. Be sure to install a micro sd card in order to record the events. I installed a 32G which is plenty of space. Especially since the camera will loop the recording and overwrite older material. After installing the camera at its location the wifi connection is still at 90% and this is in the alley which is a good 50feet from the closest mesh wifi.I’m impressed with connectivity of these cameras. The mounting was very easy, three screws for the camera mounting bracket and three screws for the solar panel mount. The package included two stickers to guide the pilot holes to drill to make the mounting easy. Once the mounts were secured then the camera just snaps onto the mount and solar panel threads onto its mount .very easy, just make sure to have solar panel be able to absorb the most sunlight throughout the daytime. Once the camera was mounted I tested the quality of the camera’s performance and it has a very clear picture. Pan, tilt, and zoom are excellent on this camera. I tested the motion detection and it would follow my every move. The night vision is awesome you’re able to choose black & white or color night vision and both are outstanding. Overall the value for the money is great and the AOSU Solar Cam D1 SE is one of the best in the market hands down. I will keep purchasing AOSU products as they are just fantastic at a great price!

I bought the 2 camera set. These were easy to install, setup, and a Wi-Fi connection was established easily. They worked great for the first week but not without a few recurring issues... - The first issue was that the cameras were both cycling at night. The infrared light lights were in an endless loop of on off on off on off on off. I adjusted the default view several times and that seemed to limit the cycling, then after a few weeks the cycling stopped altogether without rhyme or reason. Excellent. - The "Default Views" needed to be reset every other day. For reasons unknown the view would shift with no motion detected, no events recorded, and no manual interaction on my end. That issue has stopped with one camera, and the other camera has been generously replaced by AOSU. - I was AMAZED one day to receive a "Motion at Front Door Alert" and when I replayed the event there was a hummingbird buzzing around the camera and was being tracked very accurately, but there have also been a few misses of people walking up to my front door undetected. I have changed some of the settings and believe the accuracy has now improved. - Occasionally I will receive a pop up message that the Garage or Front Door camera has not been charged in one or two days, even though the main screen interface usually shows the cameras at 100%. Not an issue as long as they are indeed charging. I was very quick to judge the cameras and service, but AOSU Tech Support has been EXTREMELY responsive and has provided one-on-one support DAILY to insure that I was happy with my purchase and satisfied with the functionality of the cameras. Every issue was addressed quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend AOSU or to make a future purchase (doorbell). It has been an honor to collaborate with "Daisy" at AOSU, who has provided unwavering support and positivity... 谢谢

Is such a shame these didn't work better because I really liked a lot about them. Nice quality, loved the app & the access to everything from my phone, wifi connectivity was great, easy installation & set up, sound quality was great, love that you could speak through it (and disguise your voice if you wanted), solar panel seemed to work well which was great to not have to worry about battery replacement, night vision was great as well as the video quality! Ultimately returned to get something else because of the following: 1- they don't always work detecting movement (ex. had a delivery pull up, walk all the way to my front door & back to the vehicle & the camera never even detected anyone & didnt notify me! It wouldn't even detect my dog when it was walking right in front of it but would go off with the wind blowing) 2 - we were either getting notifications every 2 seconds because the wind blew the african grass that was right under the back camera (yes even raised the default angle but it constantly wanted to record the movement of the grass & notify me of said movement detected) or the plants/decor on the front porch or we wouldn't get notified at all if we turned the sensitivity settings down (tried just about every setting & there was no happy medium - was either too sensitive or not sensitive enough - even tried different angles but didnt change things) 3 - no control over the light settings at night so when we'd sit on the porch in the evenings, if you didn't want the light blinding you because it detected movement & turned on & followed you, you had to turn the cameras off all together then remember to turn them back on when you went back inside (such a pain in butt). Was really hopeful that once the cameras were mounted & set up & got used to the "normal" movements around our house (wind, etc.) that they would end up working out great but as they kept not detecting cars in the driveway, people coming up to my front door or my dog in the yard, I mean what's the point of having a security camera lol? Very bummed I had to return them!
