The battery did not work properly and they took almost 2 months to even respond. They asked me send the battery to them which I did and it was returned to me without fixing it. Now I have asked for a new battery and response

    • Dead Battery, no assitance from seller.
The battery was received completely dead. I tried working with the seller. The seller gave me the run around and has not replaced the battery. They asked for photos of the battery charging, I sent the photos showing the battery will NOT charge. Now they want me to send them more photos. I have been dealing with this issue since we received the bike on Saturday. The seller has not assisted. I am returning this bike. ... show more
