Update 2- they sent me a new tire and tube because the first one wouldn't inflate. It's fine now but I can't get it to fold so I'm waiting on an answer for that. I've had my spouse trying to help me and it will barely move to fold up. So annoying. I did ride it to test it out and it rides fine. Update, instructions say to inflate tires to 30psi but the tires themselves show max fill 20psi. 😐 First off, it looks nice but that's as far as I've gotten. I received a tire pump with it and it didn't work so I'm going to use one I already own tomorrow. The instructions to put it together sucked, the pictures aren't great. It wasn't hard to do but it would be helpful if we didn't have to Google or try to figure out the images. It also stated that I would get a bike lock..that wasn't included. I messaged the seller about accesories and about the issues above. I'll update when I get an answer and when I try the bike out. Four stars because of the above issues. ... show more

I ordered this ebike for my bday, I always wanted one but didn’t want to pay too much. The A20 was on sale for $709, so I pulled the trigger. I even bought $200+ worth of accessories to make it look like my old BMX when I was a kid (v-bars, red accents, etc., see photo). Honestly, I loved it at first… until it broke down on me just after only 5 weeks of light use on the weekends. It had an E-21 error & it wouldn’t run even when powered on. The seller sent me a new control box but that didn’t work. It took them more than a month to send me a prepaid return label after sending the seller photos & a video to prove that it’s broken. They finally received the ebike last week, & I’m still waiting for my full refund. They are showing that they’re sending $709 for my refund, but I paid $771 including tax. Still waiting for the seller’s response. Be warned…. buying from this seller is very risky. I got a defective item and my return/refund ordeal was such a hassle. Not worth your time. Just buy from a reputable brand with actual stores in the US, like Rad Power Bikes. They may be more expensive but you’re sure that they’ll not dupe you on your refund, and they’ll probably have better customer support to fix your bike if needed. ... show more

This is my favorite bike brand! They've got a new white folding e-bike out that's really nice! I love the size of this bike. This is a great entry level electric bike with good battery life and range. In eco mode, 70-80% of the power comes from the rider and the range is easily 30 miles or more. Top speed with full electric mode and throttle is about 20 miles per hour. Charging time is about 4 hours. The bike is about 90% assembled and I put on the wheels and handlebars. This is definitely worth the price. It’s got a pretty high speed and the battery lasts about 4-5 hours when assisted peddling. 3 hours without peddling. Top speed is near 30mph. The only thing that was annoying with this bike was assembling the peddles. It’s easy to strip out the hole that the screw goes into on the peddle so don’t try to tighten it too much. Other than that the assembly process is pretty easy. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone in the market for a battery powered bike. Age wise, I’d say 10 and up as long as they’re not going on road ways. If they are, they must know the rules of the road to prevent accidents (obviously). ... show more

Bike does not fold. It is welded where it is supposed to fold. Battery is not removable, it is sealed in. Case holding battery was broken on arrival to allow battery post room to expand to turn on. Tires do not fit correctly. Headlight does not turn on. Pretty sure i received a returned item that was “repaired” and seller expects me to pay return shipping. ... show more
