Assembly is pretty simple but the instructions are horrible! Luckily to put it together is pretty self explanatory. Great design and durability. My 4 year old son who is tall for his age could reach the reach the peddles but was on the edge of his seat and the closest seat position. My draw back on the cart is that the kids must peddle excessively and don’t reach speed. If you were constantly ridding at an incline I’m sure it would be suitable. My kids drive on flat surfaces and lost interest in the car pretty quickly due to the amount of peddling and no speed reward. I will be sending this cart back. ... show more

All the construction components for a very high-quality the manual that we used for construction left a little bit to be desired especially around the steering column. The only problem was bad assembly instructions. For me an older female I had trouble figuring out how to put it together. Nothing written, just pictures and they were not very clear.

    • A waste of your money

The product was of poor quality, when paddling them the chain would skip while paddling and you are unable to pick up any speed to go anywhere on go-carts, you also can not make turns on it. The kids could not enjoy it at. When I tried to return the product the manufacturer offered me 30% on each go-carts if I kept them, since I would have to pay for return, which is the same amount I paid for the go-carts (FYI even with prime you have to pay for returns). I decided to take the 30% for each go-cart but I never recieved it. When I contacted the manufacturer about my refund, they never responded. So just know this product is a waste of your money. ... show more

I got this for my 6 year old boy. He's above average height and hardly reaches the pedals when all four bolts are holding the seat on in the forward most position. BIGGEST COMPLAINT... This thing is SLOW AS HELL. The gearing they chose makes zero sense. If this was a 2 speed toy, THEN the small gearing would make sense but it's 1 single speed. My sons legs looks like a crazy windmill pedaling this thing and it goes MAYBE 2 mph. SUPER dissapointed because it's built well and very sturdy.
