Very easy to set up. Installed above the lip on my front porch so when not in use it is not in the way. Color matches my house. Installation was simple and came with a hole pattern so I was able to drill the holes correctly without having to do a ton of measurements. Really nice. Kind of expensive but nice.

The blinds are good quality. The only issue is if you need to switch the crank brackets to the left side the instructions are not very detailed. It is not difficult, but it could be a lot faster and easier if they provided more details. You need to remove all 5 screws and take out the insert and switch it to the other side. It also has lubricant(grease) on it so have a rag ready to keep the grease off your fingers and the blind. Again not hard, but could be easier if details were provided. I have sent an email to the company to provide better instructions since I believe the switching of the crank brackets is a common issue. The blind is nice and packaged well. The instructions are the only reason this is not a 5 star. Jim W.

We were looking for a shade to block the sun in the evenings in our screened in porch. This shade was easy to install with the provided template. I was able to hang and assemble everything by myself. It is lightweight but sturdy; no issues even in the wind thanks to the tie down system included.

If you’re looking for a thrilling outdoor experience, look no further than these roller shades! These shades are like that friend who promises to help you move but ends up just standing around, looking confused. They roll up like a reluctant burrito, and when the wind kicks in, it’s like watching a bad dance off flapping and slapping all over the place. And let’s not forget the bottom poles, which are apparently on a mission to escape. They’re like two pieces of a puzzle that just refuse to fit together. If you want your patio to look like a scene from a slapstick comedy, these shades are your ticket! Lacks of quality and functionality make this a no for me.

Very nice window shade! I hung it in my sunroom. The color looks like what I was expecting. I didn't have any trouble installing or getting them to function properly. I think it also has a good price point on it. I'm ordering a second one to go on the matching window.

This came up in my Vine selections and I hopped on it IMMEDIATELY-couldn't wait to get it and try it out-but it has been sub zero, high winds, snow, and ice, since the day it was delivered, and the coming 15 day forecast isn't much better, so this review is about the roller shade UNMOUNTED. The best I can do is the pic spread over my bed right now. I will come back to this later when time/weather permits. My size is the 96 inch x 96 inch, in Sesame. I can confirm that the 96 inch is a solid 1 piece fabric shade. The mounting bar is 2 pieces which slide into each other. Everything as far as the included components feels SOLID-meaning I am not worried about the roller bars bending despite the large size. The instructions are very clear. Installation looks like a no-brainer. The sesame color is pretty close to the exact color of a sesame seed, beige with some taupe woven through, and a little bit of sheen. The fabric is a woven hdpe. This is more a shade to cut some glare from sunlight, not for actual privacy. What I mean by that is: if you have this on your porch/deck/gazebo/hot tub area/pools dressing area at night with a light on, people will see you, and everything you are doing. It's not exactly sheer, it depends on where the light is. Note for those of you who will be storing this part of the year: It doesn't come with a storage case-BUT-if you carefully unsnap the black caps from the clear plastic box-Save the clear box it comes in and the black plastic snap on caps & you will have a perfect end of season storage box-the entire blind goes back into it easily & it feels like it'll get through a few seasons in the garage or attic. Over all, at the price point of $94.99 USD as of 2/20/25, for a 96x96, I'd say it's a little overpriced, BUT, the components for mounting are VERY solid, & it has a neater more finished/formal appearance than the cheaper standard plastic fake bamboo blinds with cords for exterior, but those DO last several seasons. What is unclear as of 2/20/2025 is how the hdpe fabric is going to hold up as far as sun/Uv & temps, there is no info on if it has UV stabilizers in it in the description, nor any info regarding warranty. Hoping to get more than 1 season out of it, because it looks fantastic! Will update as things develop.
