I was skeptical about this at home laser hair removal but I’m so glad I tried it! You can start on a low setting and work your way to higher settings as you get used to it. I am used to laser removal so I set mine pretty high. I did my arms and armpits and also my legs. The hair literally disappeared with one shot and later when I saw spotting from places I missed I went back over it and did it again. This is such an awesome product. It works the best on areas where the hair is dark or course but overall it gets rid of the hair. It’s very user friendly and easy to get a hang of. I watch my tv shows and do the laser while I chill on the couch. Very nice product.

Several years ago I had laser removal on my legs, it worked great and I’ve been incredibly happy with it, but it cost me a few thousand. Recently, I decided I wanted to do some more laser on other areas, but I thought I’d try it at home before dropping significant money again since it’d be smaller areas. I applied some of the same methods that they used when I had it done professionally and I’m seeing great results. Some things I’m doing and having overall success: -I leave a small amount of stubble before I do the laser removal; I’ll either shave the day before or use a trimmer. When I had it professionally done they recommended having stubble. -DO NOT apply gel before you laser, only after!! It will turn to sticky burnt goo on the laser. -I treat the same spot 3x before moving to the next spot. At first I would do one pulse, then move to the next spot, then I would repeat the whole zone 3x, but since I started pulsing the same spot at one time I’ve seen better results. -I only use it on strength 9. If this hurts, try taking some ibuprofen about 30 minutes before. -It’s absolutely crucial to be consistent; you need to catch the hair at different stages of growth to be effective. For the first 5 weeks I used it 3x a week, for the past 2 weeks I’ve been doing it 2x a week. Tip: if you’re doing a large area, you can draw grids onto your skin with white eyeliner to help key track of where you’ve treated

IPL Hair Removal for Women and Men, Laser Permanent 3-In-1 Face Leg Arm Back Whole Body Easy to use and decent use instructions. Protective sunglasses included. The results will be long range, although the areas on face area that have been treated , the skin is smoother and hair is releasing onto towel gradually. Start low power as suggested and work up to higher number, more power. You work with the snaps of pulsed light, it cycles very quickly for next zap. Happy to have an at home unit for the savings, comfort and convenience. The treated hairs will come out with washing mostly, and then the subsequent regrowth is less and less with continued recommended treatment cycle, so it's helpful in the now, but is a long range result. Like what I see so far, unit is good to have!

Directions are easy to follow. Different strength levels that you work up to which is nice. No pain! The whole series of treatments takes a couple of months so I'll know better if it worked at a later date.

I am honestly so excited about this product and so excited I was able to find one at a much lower price than the ads I’ve been seeing all over. I initially bought the smaller device and briefly used it. Within only 3 uses I had already noticed a significant difference in how fast the hair was growing and how thick it was growing. I had been using the product on my bikini area on level 9 and went over the area 2-3 times as the instructions stated. With the smaller device, there really was no pain at all, just a few more sensitive spots but it wasn’t at all unbearable. Unfortunately my device seemed to have malfunctioned after the 3rd use, the lcd screen started showing me an error message when I would turn it on, so I reached out to the company and they no problem said they would replace it for me, not only with a new device but also with the upgraded/stronger device. Unsure exactly what caused my device to no longer function, but I do feel pretty confident that it was just a one time issue/a malfunction with the device I received and that my new device will work perfectly once I receive it. (Will update my review if that’s not the case!!). Overall, for the first few days using the product I have loved it, and did see slight results surprisingly quickly.

Pros: 1-The price is reasonable. 2- It claims 3 functions: hair removal, skin conditioning, and acne treatments. (see cons list, 1). Cons: 1- The product claims to have the capability to be used for hair removal, skin conditioning, and acne treatment; however, unlike other brand options, there are no different light covers for skin conditioning or acne treatments, only a device setting. *Also and importantly, there were no included instructions for using it for skin conditioning or acne treatment, only how to use it for hair removal. 2- This unit is lower powered than others. It's 36 watts of power. Most others I've seen are 48 watts. This was not mentioned in the product description; I only discovered this info on the box once I received it. 3- I don't trust the cheap dollar store like sunglasses it came with one bit. They are dark on top, fade-to-light almost transparent, and have no seal to stop the light from getting to one's eyes. (The sunglasses in the ad show all dark sunglasses which they refer to as goggles.) I'm ordering some actual treatment goggles to use going forward. It's too important to protect one's eyesight to trust it to a solution that would not be used in a professional setting using similar equipment. 4- The device has a slick plastic surface. It takes more effort than it should to keep a grip on it while positioning it, holding it steady, and trying to press the button. It should have a textured surface or include a grip sleeve. 5- the return window of 30 days is far less than the timeframe suggested to expect effectiveness, which is 8 weeks. I'm debating on sending it back, so I cannot recommend it at this point.
