This couch is really cute!!! The set up was very easy. The bottom is one whole section. It slips into the sides and locks. Then the back is one section that also slips and locks into notches on the side sections. I am 5’3 and the sitting part of the couch come just a little below my knees once finished. This couch does sit a little lower, just like some of the previous comments stated. However, it is very very sturdy. The 2 smaller pillows were included so that was a nice touch. I am glad the Fed Ex driver helped me bring it into the house, because the box is super heavy. This was definitely exceptional value for the price! *update* Not sure if you can see from the picture but the lines on the cushions are off. I still love the couch but a little embarrassing when your guests can notice it. Not quite sure what to do to correct it but yeah I took a star off for that. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So when I originally got the sofa, I couldn’t find the arms and I thought they were missing. So the arms where hidden under Velcro under the seat of the chair. The company reached out to me with picture instructions and stated that they are working on revising the instructions. This was the second reply I got. The first reply was condescending and unhelpful, but the second reply was very helpful and provided pictures. I’m still a little annoyed that the pillows came stained but that’s okay. If anyone else out there gets this chair I hope this video helps you. It’s not a bad product and it was truly a misunderstanding and a miscommunication issue due to unclear instructions. If you thought this sofa would fit in your space and like the esthetics of it like I did, feel free to give it a try because it’s actually cute and really easy to put together. I didn’t see in the reviews how hard it was to find the arms so I’m hoping my review helps anyone else that was frustrated and confused like I was. Hope this helps. ... show more

I wanted to love this couch. Unfortunately mine came damaged, as if it was already in someone else's place. The color is very similar to the photos. The company was great to work with. Sometimes Amazon 3rd party sellers are difficult, but this company was apologetic and very accommodating. I think this item if not damaged could be good for a kids game room where real leather wouldn't be as functional to clean. ... show more

Super easy to assemble, I needed a friend to help me because I'm weak sauce. It came in 4 pieces. The bottom piece opened up at the bottom and the arms legs and pillows were tucked away in there. The hardware is already installed. You just follow the directions and slide the pieces into each other. Off set the pieces and they'll lock into each other. Great for my small space. Cute. A little hard but maybe it needs some breaking in. ... show more
