Sturdy yes, directions Are vague but all in all great value for money. Only future problem I see is the curtain hooks are plastic and they only give you what you need. If one breaks you’ll have to prob order a whole new pack. Curtain is rather heavy for the plastic hooks. Other than that I’m pleased

We are so happy with this gazebo! The materials are solid, the design is beautiful, and the customer service was top-notch!! A few of the parts needed to be replace, so I was nervous about that process. The customer service was absolutely amazing. A few things of note. Firstly, the kit was shorted 4 curtain rails and 12 curtain hangers. Customer service shipped us the missing pieces in around a week. Good. Later in the assembly one of four Allen machine screws was found mis-made and I had to cut a slot in the head in order to drive it, in lieu of ordering another screw through customer service. The gazebo is shipped in only three boxes. Each box is very heavy for two people and easily dropped. Five or more boxes would be more manageable. Some roof panels have many "puckers" or warpage during manufacture stress as if hit and dented along its length with tennis balls. These are minor but noticeable. I'm going to overlook them but I wish I didn't have to. I also had to buy a box of flat washers to more positively retain the roof panes as the screw heads were not effective and easily pulled through the larger slotted alignment holes of the panel. Elsewhere and on the posts, some of the holes were not placed correctly and needed modifying in order to assemble. The gazebo is sturdy enough but not easy to assemble. At least 2 persons needed to assemble it. A six foot and eight foot ladder are both required. The person who assembles this gazebo should be handy(general assembly knowledge) so as to correct these manufacturing errors. The curtains are of heavy enough material that have tie-straps mid-post but lack tie-traps at the bottom to keep the wind from blowing the corners up and on the furniture inside. We will be adding our own to secure the curtains there. The instructions are mostly a picture booklet with few written words of explanation but I found it adequate. With all that said, we are enjoying the gazebo and the covered space if provides. ... show more

    • Holes are not completely drilled out and some do not match up.

Some of the holes were not completely drilled out, some of the holes did not lineup when this happens it causes the gazebo to look crooked. The directions were not very clear and very confusing. We’ve built a gazebo before and many other things so we were able to overcome these obstacles and it actually turned out looking really great with the extra effort we put into it. If you were not handy person This may not be the choice for you. Also, if you hire someone to assemble it for you make sure it’s someone that you trust, because if they get frustrated with it like we did they may just give up and not do a good job. But all in all, for the price it was a great deal ! In less than a week of having it up there was a huge windstorm in Seattle that blew down multiple trees in my yard and the gazebo didn’t even shift. We didn’t even bolt it down yet and it stayed in place. ... show more

This review is coming from a skilled craftsman and the most difficult part about putting this product together is the instructions. The instructions need to be rewritten because of the missing and improper instructions that are included. I had 3 people putting this together and we pretty much had to guess most of it. If I would have known it was this difficult I would’ve rather bought a more expensive enclosure with proper installation instructions. This was very disappointing. ... show more

We purchased the 10x12 wood gazebo. The gazebo its self is a good product for the cost. It’s pretty easy to put together and decent quality. In my opinion there are some design flaws related to the fasteners spec’d to anchor the roof system to the wood frame. In a good wind storm I don’t see it holding up very well but it’s easily remedied with some construction screws and washers. Inevitably there is going to be some damage due to the shipping companies which was the only downside for me. HOWEVER the real value in this purchase is the customer service. None of the issues with damage were the fault of the seller but they go well above and beyond to remedy all issues. I can’t say enough good about the seller and would recommend the product but especially the seller. Their customer service isn’t something you see much anymore. I really like this wood 10x12 Gazebo. I bought it so I can relax in the morning drink my coffee outside. Have some summer Barbecues and enjoy some music. It's also a good looking Gazebo.

Great purchase. And shipping was very reliable. It came in 3 boxes. All parts came and nothing was damaged. It came out very nice for my outside patio deck. Building the shed though took a while. 4 of us built it and did it within 2 days. The 2nd day though wasn't long since most of the building was already done. Definitely read the directions carefully. Somehow I had extra pieces with my order that didn't fit at all so look at everything in boxes. But in the end it comes out very nice. ... show more
