I finally finished building gazebo. It took a full day to build by one person. When raising the frame you do need two people. Instructions are OK, but some steps are wrong. The measurements of the floor plan is off too. I made a cement foundation based on the measurement in the image provides. It was incorrect. So I checked the instructions provided for the frame, and the measurements are incorrect too. Also there is a step to screw in the brace for the roof to the frame. This is incorrect too. This caused problems when putting in the roofs and the side edges. Getting the floor even and level are extremely important or you won't be able to erect the gazebo. The end results are well worth it. Finally, the wood is not treated. That means it will rot over time. I plan to weather proof it in a few years to prolong the gazebo.

A few things of note. Firstly, the kit was shorted 4 curtain rails and 12 curtain hangers. Customer service shipped us the missing pieces in around a week. Good. Later in the assembly one of four Allen machine screws was found mis-made and I had to cut a slot in the head in order to drive it, in lieu of ordering another screw through customer service. The gazebo is shipped in only three boxes. Each box is very heavy for two people and easily dropped. Five or more boxes would be more manageable. Some roof panels have many "puckers" or warpage during manufacture stress as if hit and dented along its length with tennis balls. These are minor but noticeable. I'm going to overlook them but I wish I didn't have to. I also had to buy a box of flat washers to more positively retain the roof panes as the screw heads were not effective and easily pulled through the larger slotted alignment holes of the panel. Elsewhere and on the posts, some of the holes were not placed correctly and needed modifying in order to assemble. The gazebo is sturdy enough but not easy to assemble. At least 2 persons needed to assemble it. A six foot and eight foot ladder are both required. The person who assembles this gazebo should be handy(general assembly knowledge) so as to correct these manufacturing errors. The curtains are of heavy enough material that have tie-straps mid-post but lack tie-traps at the bottom to keep the wind from blowing the corners up and on the furniture inside. We will be adding our own to secure the curtains there. The instructions are mostly a picture booklet with few written words of explanation but I found it adequate. With all that said, we are enjoying the gazebo and the covered space if provides.

We purchased the 10x12 wood gazebo. The gazebo its self is a good product for the cost. It’s pretty easy to put together and decent quality. In my opinion there are some design flaws related to the fasteners spec’d to anchor the roof system to the wood frame. In a good wind storm I don’t see it holding up very well but it’s easily remedied with some construction screws and washers. Inevitably there is going to be some damage due to the shipping companies which was the only downside for me. HOWEVER the real value in this purchase is the customer service. None of the issues with damage were the fault of the seller but they go well above and beyond to remedy all issues. I can’t say enough good about the seller and would recommend the product but especially the seller. Their customer service isn’t something you see much anymore. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. THANK YOU!!!

Well, the 10X 12 hard top gazebo has endured its first couple of storms with no problems. It took me a grand total of 9 hours, 41 minutes to assemble, mostly by myself. My wife helped with a few assembly steps. The instructions were adequate. I ran into a couple of instances of parts that did not fit perfectly. A little hand pressure was all I needed to fix them. I did need to bend one part back into the proper shape. I helped my grandkids with homework that involved matching, so I used the same skills with the directions. No trouble there. If you're wondering if you can do it, I'm a 62 year-old short, retired nurse. I would order one of these things again and put it together myself again.

My husband put together the entire gazebo alone in about a day in a half which he could have completed in day. The instructions weren’t the best but still no issues with assembly. I originally didn’t receive all 3 of the boxes but am happy to say customer service was great and provided me with the missing pieces. I would definitely recommend good quality and price is the best I have seen. My purchase was 12x12 metal gazebo.
