I would give it 5 stars but here's my reasons. Pro's and con's 1,has awesome speed, takes 2 1/2 car lengths to stop. 2, sturdy but heavy. Not easy to carry up and down 2 flights of stairs daily. 3, seller should offer with or without seat. (I didn't want the seat 4, it was easy set up on front half, back half I couldn't remove the post plate to install foot rest. I'll probably take it to a scooter store and have them do the switch. All in All it's a great durable sturdy scooter, I'm happy going back and forth to work on it. I've had so many compliments on it. 👍 Update... after commuting for a week, I realized when you hit a small bump the bottom scrapes and you feel every bump. 😕 so far it's saved me a tank of gas for my moped. I have now owned this scooter for 1 month. The plan was to use it at the golf course to save money on cart rentals. Finally got it out on the course and needed to push it up the 1st hill I encountered (I weigh 185 + less than 10lbs. golf bag). Add to this; It's has 3km on the odometer and the mode button for switching gears is malfunctioning. After realizing that this scooter was a mistake, I went to return it and found out I would need to pay close to $200 to return it!! Before purchasing this scooter, make sure you don't need to go up hills and know that if it malfunctions, you're stuck with either losing half your money, or paying more money to get it fixed!! ... show more

It is ok. Couple of issues. The kick-stand is too long. Very unstable when used because the Scooter doesn't lean due to the length of the kick-stand so that it easily tips over. Power peters out going up hill ( my weight is 165 lbs). Level to small inclines very fast. The vertical seat pole lock is difficult to adjust because the nut isn't accessible (see video).. Seat cushions is ok, but quickly becomes uncomfortable. The instruction booklet is lousy but assembly wasn't difficult. Have not tested how long/far battery lasts. I will update later ... show more
