The media could not be loaded. It is ok. Couple of issues. The kick-stand is too long. Very unstable when used because the Scooter doesn't lean due to the length of the kick-stand so that it easily tips over. Power peters out going up hill ( my weight is 165 lbs). Level to small inclines very fast. The vertical seat pole lock is difficult to adjust because the nut isn't accessible (see video).. Seat cushions is ok, but quickly becomes uncomfortable. The instruction booklet is lousy but assembly wasn't difficult. Have not tested how long/far battery lasts. I will update later ... show more

I would give it 5 stars but here's my reasons. Pro's and con's 1,has awesome speed, takes 2 1/2 car lengths to stop. 2, sturdy but heavy. Not easy to carry up and down 2 flights of stairs daily. 3, seller should offer with or without seat. (I didn't want the seat 4, it was easy set up on front half, back half I couldn't remove the post plate to install foot rest. I'll probably take it to a scooter store and have them do the switch. All in All it's a great durable sturdy scooter, I'm happy going back and forth to work on it. I've had so many compliments on it. 👍 Update... after commuting for a week, I realized when you hit a small bump the bottom scrapes and you feel every bump. 😕 so far it's saved me a tank of gas for my moped. So I'm still happy I purchased this e scooter ... show more
