my ipad looks the same as when i received it and i can't not vouch for this case. i wanted my ipad to be secure but also not be plain. i hate empty spaces and a boring case is one of them. i hoarde and overdecorate, so buying a case where my ipad was secure AND i could decorate it was a must! this case hits all ticks. it dinged my dong! as for my apple pencil, i added a jelly grip on it and it's not very flat, so it does make that part of my case bulge a bit but its not a worry for me. it doesn't permanently alter the case shape and the sturdiness still wows me months later. if you're still debating on buying this case, i hope this helped you in your decision. (my stickers are from local sellers, cheap sticker packs [cats and small graphics] and online [frog]) ... show more

I love this case! I got the green one and it's a very pretty mint green color. I like to see the color of my iPad so a clear back was a must. I've dropped it a few times, even on concrete, and this case has kept my iPad intact and not cracked. I do wish that all 4 sides were protected by the more sturdy green plastic as I didn't notice it in the pictures. Where the fold of the flap is, your iPad is exposed which can be irritating at times when propping the iPad up. ... show more

Overall I love this cover. It is cute, reasonably priced, protects the iPad well, holds (and allows for charging) the Apple Pencil, the cover is magnetic and (so far) stays closed well, even when upside down. I'm an artist/designer/photographer and use my iPad for drawing, editing photos, creating graphics, editing videos, and more, so I definitely get a lot of use out of it. This case has been in my tote, backpack, tossed on the seat of the car, and generally carried all over with me but with this case I never have to worry about my screen getting scratched, or losing my pencil. The case can be used as a stand in couple different ways, though I really only like to use it the "short" way (pen holder toward the table). EDIT : I have gotten a keyboard and mouse for my laptop, and enjoy using the stand the other way as well. It works good for the most part, but if you are sitting at a short table or tall chair it can sometimes be an awkward angle. Overall really nice though! I love the cover colors and options, and am considering getting another design. Originally I was neutral about the clear back (I'm not a fan of showing off logos usually), but I think it adds a nice somewhat minimal look to the design of the case, plus it makes it easier to know which side is the front since the entire case isn't one huge pattern. My only issue with it so far is that I have only had it for about 4 months and the colorful part of the "spine" is cracking from use (only on the outside of the cover), and the portion of the front cover over the pencil is separating a tiny bit (see photos). It doesn't seem to have any effect on how well the iPad stays in or the cover closes, so it's basically just an visual issue, not protective. Like I said earlier, I take this case all over with me which probably has something to do with the cracks, but I was a little sad to see the back cracking already. I would absolutely get this case again and think it is a great price for the design and durability so far. ... show more

Incredibly durable and the color pops. The fold out side makes it an ease to use and close. I picked the mint color so it gets dirtier more quicker but not on anyoneโ€™s fault but my own
