This little camp stove works very well. I have only had on small issue. A tack weld in the ash tray failed. I had a friend fix the weld. Otherwise, this little camp stove has performed superbly.

Pretty portable, easy to set up stove. It is cheaper made though and use caution when around colder products on top of stove. Can cause warping issues. Takes smaller wood and ash tray needs to be dumped often. For the price it's OK, if you can wait and save for a better one then do so.

The media could not be loaded. Only issue I’ve had with it was the grate that the wood sits on warped after the first use and wouldn’t let the ash tray come out. I pried it up with a long pry bar and got it working again. Second use same problem so I took a 2.5lb sledge and fully flattened the back wall of the ash tray so there’s nothing left to catch on. I keep a little crows claw style pry bar with now. I’ve used it on 3 separate camping trips in North Carolina , Arkansas, and Indiana. Also use it at home on my wood deck. I added a chimney hat, a damper, fiberglass heat wrap, and a thermoelectric fan. Looking forward to seeing how well it works camping in some snowy conditions this winter.

Well, since this is the first time that I used a woodburning stove inside my tent, the error could be on my part drafting is a big issue with this component I have 6 foot a pipe completed with a spark arrestor at the top the first night that I use this item, it drafted perfectly stove pipe got cherry red, and I was very pleased The following day I started it back up and the draft just didn’t work. There is an adjustment below the main fire box and I just couldn’t get it to draft correctly now I’m thinking I use the wrong wood I cut up small pieces of a 2 x 4 and use that as my fire Source I think that this may be where I went wrong stacking the block type fire source may have blocked the oven from getting a good draft. I even made sure that everything was clean, emptied the Tray with ashes to make sure I got a good burn. I may have also put too much wood into the stove which may have caused an issue with the draft. Well, the last two nights I didn’t get to use it because with the Backdraft it filled the tent with smoke I still think this is a good item but it’s finicky.

This little stove is so versatile and handy you can do a lot with it. Over the winter we used it to keep my daughter's apartment warm & toasty and this summer it's being fitted with copper tubing around the piping to cook out with and run fresh hot water to the outdoor bath/shower.
