My first unit arrived completely dead on arrival, but I have to give credit where it's due—the replacement arrived the very next day. Getting it working with my Canon M50 required more setup than I initially expected. Beyond the standard menu configuration and Bluetooth pairing, there's an additional setting buried in the red menu that you absolutely must enable for remote control access. Once I figured that out, the unit responds reliably to both shutter activation and video recording commands. Since I don't have a power zoom lens for this camera, that particular feature doesn't work for me, but that's expected given my equipment limitations. What I really appreciate is the removable remote that functions independently from the handle and tripod system. The conversion from handle to mini tripod is genuinely clever and happens quickly, which adds real versatility to the setup. The handle itself feels substantial and comfortable in hand with no sharp edges, and the camera locks down securely using the standard quarter-inch screw mount. For anyone doing travel photography, blogging, or mobile shooting, this thing really shines by combining remote operation with comfortable handling and that convenient tripod feature you can set up anywhere. As a solo photographer, I find myself using it constantly for low-angle shots where I can frame everything using the camera's articulating screen and then trigger the shot remotely to get exactly what I want. The small LED display is a nice touch, clearly showing which mode you're in and confirming when your button presses register. The build quality has me a bit concerned though. It's definitely lightweight plastic construction, which makes me wonder how it would handle a waist-high drop, though to be fair, neither would my camera. The remote charges via USB-C with an included cable, and the compact size means it stores neatly inside the handle. Everything feels somewhat plasticky, but I suspect that's intentional to keep the weight down. Only time will tell whether the build quality can handle regular use and justify the price point, but so far it's been a solid assistant for my photography needs.

This is a great remote and tripod for selfie and vlogging. It is half the price of OEM and basically does the same thing. The remote is removable which allows you to easily activate the camera at a distance. It does have some limitations on the remote as stated on guide, but that does not hinder the pure performance and usage of this product. Save money on this item and buy other gear for your camera and setup. Performance is smooth, quality is good, tripod and locking mechanism work well. Chances you might ding this up in the bag/drop it, so again, great price for something that will be heavily used.

I’ve been using this wireless tripod with my Sony ZV-E10, and I’m really impressed! The build quality is solid, and the grip feels very secure in hand.
