The couch and chair is very nice! Very comfortable! The customer service was excellent. The couch came in and the box had been wet! (No fault of the seller, it is rainy season in Savannah, Ga) I reached out to the seller, provided pictures and he immediately sent a new couch. These seem to be very sturdy pieces of furniture. I am using them in my waiting area and strength is more important than comfort. You won’t be dozing off or taking a nap on this set but, they aren’t uncomfortable. The ad was a little misleading as I thought it stated 1 love seat and two chairs. You get 2 total pieces, one love seat and one chair. The pillows are just cases, you need to provide your own filling. I didn’t want them anyway so no big deal. Overall I am happy with them.

Arrived early and easy to assemble. Although "tools" were provided, I used my own. Great Quality for the money and they even threw in the pillow cases. I got the stuffing from Amazon too. I have received a lot of complements and have gotten a lot of use out of this "tax deduction" I would recommend to anyone starting out in their new office. Black goes with anything, right??

The box was so damaged when I received it with the smell of chemicals so before even opening the box I decided to send back. My repair guy came to fix some items in my house so I asked him to take a look at it. There was no obvious damage or chemical smell to the chair so he started to assemble the 2 piece set, apparentlyI paid for the 2 piece but the seller shipped only 1 chair. I did reach out to them by email and currently waiting for a reply before filing claim through Amazon. For the price the chair appears sturdy, the carpenter who assemble has more than 20 yrs experience and stated the assembly process was a challenge due to screws not properly fitting or lining but he managed to assemble in 20 minutes because that is his area of expertise, after reading reviews there was no way I was gonna attempt to assemble. Chair is comfy for the price and looks nice. Just waiting for the seller to inform me they will be sending the second piece I paid for.
