I surprised my husband with these binoculars, and he really likes them. For less than $100.00 we really can't complain. A few features and extras that he loves the most is the fact that he can take pictures and record with them which is an added bonus for him. He was always saying that he wanted night vision binoculars, but he never knew that they had some that could take pictures and record and cost less than $100.00. And then it comes with a 32GB memory card which is needed to save those pictures and videos. So happy we did not have to buy one. Another plus for us is that even though they are "Binoculars" you see everything on an LCD display instead of through an eyepiece. In the beginning, we were a bit confused because we thought that the other side was where we would look through and did not understand why one of the eyepieces was covered. But I actually like being able to view everything from the LCD display because both hubby and I can use it instead of one at a time. The binoculars can be mounted on a tripod instead of just one person holding it. That makes it so much easier for more than one person to view the LCD display. The picture quality is decent in my opinion. Again, this item is under $100.00 so we did not expect it to have a picture quality like the more expensive brands. But we are able to see everything through with no issues. The biggest con for me would be the fact that it takes EIGHT batteries to power it and you have to make sure they are the good quality kind of batteries because if not the quality is crappy. Also, the IR imaging is quite sensitive, so I can get good bright images with low level of IR settings at night. * The item comes with a carrying case. The quality looks not very high though. * The binocular has a strap to hang over the neck. * The binocular can be mounted on the camera leg using standard screw. * The item comes with an attachment to be connected to the rail. * You can take picture or movie (you need to change the mode between picture and movie). * The item supports total 16x zoom (4x optical and 4x digital). The zoom level is continuously changed (not only between 1x and 4x with one click). * Focus can be easily adjusted by turning the lens. * The lens protection cover is included. # Neutral * Total 8 AA batteries are required. # Cons * There is no eyepieces to see, so you always need to watch through the LCD monitor. These appear to be well made. As for performance, I can't say good at all. Reading other's reviews, I'm wondering if I just got a dud or something because mine did not perform like other's say theirs did. These were terrible. I couldn't see anything at a distance that my eyes couldn't pick out. I did this in my backyard at night with no moonlight. Very dark. I guess this could be useful if you only need to see general shapes of animals for hunting, but it's not useful for detail. ... show more

Could be higher quality bit for rhe price yuh cant go wrong. Can see amazingly far animals stick out pretty well. Could have better battery set up but really cool can see nothing atall infront of you and then whip these out
