The media could not be loaded. So I did easily a month or so of research before finally buying this device. I really only wanted to spend 500ish but just wasn't happy with what I was finding. So simply put if you can afford this just get it! In the attached sample video it's all close. Farthest away was probably only 100'-125', closest was maybe 15' or 20'. My 1 and only complaint is the app that goes with this camera. It is horrible! BUT there's a new far superior app that addresses all the issues I have coming within the next month or so "as of 7-21-21" according to the manufacturer so it's still a no brained to buy this. The current app does "work" but looking forward to the new one. Update: 8-3-21 So I was completely lied to by tech support at this company. I was assured the new app which is now out would fix all my issues. It does not work with this monocular and according to the email I received from the company it will never work due to incompatible hardware... here's there exact quote "Thank you for your reply. AXION XM30S will not be supported by Stream Vision 2 as it's not possible due to hardware incompatibility." They are supposedly updating the original crappy app and they are fixing the 1 thing that I have no issues with and not addressing any of the streaming issues or wifi range. I would not buy from pulsar again just based on this deception. So disappointed!

When you compare price/performance across what's available Q2 2024, this one clearly stands out. The basic mode of operation is 3X optical zoom and full thermal amplification. There really aren't enough pixels in the mix to have a useful digital zoom (which is really just cropping), and the 'less than' full amplification settings may only be necessary in unique conditions of viewing high temperature objects. A few of the color palettes are good for use, but honestly I'm not sure color does a whole lot to convey any additional information and could have probably been omitted at some savings (I use WHITE=HOT). The imagery resolution is on par with the original T.V. spec, or about 500 lines. In order to get what I would call high resolution, the price jumps up by a factor of 4-10X ! All in all, a useful device for all purposes where you want to 'see' the heat differentials in a scene.

Great for day or night. Can see mice climbing trees at 100yds. During the day, you can see animals that without, I can’t find with binoculars or your scope. Great detailed view.

The media could not be loaded. I’m impressed. It works so well. I can see my dogs paw print on red hot setting. I recommend without a doubt. Battery life nice too. Several color pallets.

Estoy muy contento con este Monocular lo uso todo el tiempo inclusive de dia, cuando estoy en el Espiadero o in lugar esperando la presa lo uso y capta desde Conejos hasta animales de mucho mas tamaño a muy larga distancia, muy fácil de usar graba Video y toma fotos, la Primera vez mate un Marrano de buen tamaño gracias a este Monocular, de verdad muy recomendado

So far, anything beyond 100 feet is hard to see. Have to spend more time and see if i can see anything beyond 100 ft, if not, i will return it.
