The media could not be loaded. EDIT: The seller got in touch with me and shipped me the missing piece! They were so nice and made sure to check on shipping and kept me in the loop. The shipping in my area is notoriously slow, plus we had some snow storms, so I don't blame them whatsoever for any delays. This is a beautiful chandelier... BUT I am missing a piece- a golden plate that goes against the glass plates. This would be a resounding 5 stars if I had all the parts and was able to get a hold of the seller. The instructions that were included were a bit vague, so I recommend watching the video on the product page. The installation isn't too hard if you know what you're doing! Also, the packaging was perfect. Everything was carefully packaged and nothing came in chipped or dented. And for the price, this light fixture is WORTH IT! I went from a builder grade, boring flush mount to instant elegance in my guest room with this. I want another one for my library (: If I get my missing part, this will be changed to 5 stars. Because let's be real, this light is classy. I added a ceiling medallion and smart lights to adjust color and be able to dim them. You are getting a lot of bang for your buck with this piece. The price is incredibly reasonable and the chandelier looks far more expensive than what you are paying. The scalloped glass feature is unique and beautiful and this chandelier looks great at day or night as long as it is installed in a proper location. In regards to installation and assembly this piece is fairly difficult when compared to other chandeliers mainly due to the size and the plethora of pieces.
