  • Fun to use! Fun to use!
Color: Black
I got this to do little smiley faces on me and my friends toes and I was shocked at how easy it was to use and how well it worked. It was my first time using a cordless tattoo gun and it was very impressive. The battery lasted the entire time without issue. This is perfect for simple little black tattoos. The directions were easy to follow. ... show more

  • Great for beginners, love that you get 2 batteries, and all the accessories make for a nice kit.
Color: Black
The cordless tattoo gun kit is perfect for those thinking about going into tattooing, but want to try it out first. It’s great that there are 7 different settings for stroke positions, making it more versatile. And for something that you are holding onto for an hour or more, it is pretty comfortable. Having 2 rechargeable batteries is really nice. The screen is easy to read and looks fancy with how it lights up. And with the extra accessories; one box tattoo needle cartridges, Pro tattoo inks with Reach Certification, 5pcs tattoo transfer papers, and practice skins you’re able to start practicing after you charge your batteries. ... show more

  • Good pen, good ink, good cartridges. 'Practice skin' is thin trash though, high price Good pen, good ink, good cartridges. 'Practice skin' is thin trash though, high price
Color: Black
For over $100, despite this kit's smooth and quiet pen, good inks, 2 batteries, and decent cartridges, it's hard to recommend this tattoo kit over other available options. The 'practice skin' is garbage at 1mm thick, only useful perhaps if you're specifically trying to practice eyelid or lip tattoos. I'll discuss the positives first, because for the most part, this is a good kit. The pen itself is very nice, with a metal body, adjustable needle depth and everything you'd expect, all in a smooth and almost silent pen that has plenty of power behind it. The pen can be set to various frequencies (Hz), but not to any specific voltage as far as I can find. The needle cartridges are all standard, EO sterilized hard plastic with metal needles, and they work well in either practice skin or real skin, depositing ink well and not giving me any issues with snagging skin. The inks are also quite nice, with 1 oz of concentrated black as well as 0.5 oz of white ink, which could easily be combined in the provided ink caps for different shades of grey. There's also a provided roll of grip wrap, which is the same kind of thing as self-adhesive latex-free medical wraps. Finally, there are 3 different 'memories' aka 'recorded frequencies' that you can set in case you want to quickly swap between different frequencies. The downsides are why I'm only giving this four stars. I've never seen a tattoo pen that can't be set to a voltage like this one, these batteries only give you the Hz (frequency) as a measure to adjust how fast the machine operates. And there aren't any instructions, so it's not a case of me not reading them; I tried pushing all the buttons but it seems to only measure Hz. The skins are only somewhere around 1mm thick, which is utterly useless for practice because you will only learn bad habits. Needles need to go around 1.5 mm deep on average to get the ink under the epidermis and into the dermis; if you use these you'll either stick your needle right through them if you're at the right depth, or you'll learn to make tattoos that fade fast because they aren't deep enough. There are some exceptions, namely on the face, but for the vast majority of people these skins are completely useless for practice. Finally... the price. I don't know what makes this a $100+ dollar kit, and I wouldn't recommend it at that price. Perhaps at $50 it would be a reasonable enough deal, but it's definitely overpriced as it stands. * I only review things that I personally use myself and keep using for a long time. * I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. * I will not hold back or avoid describing any issues I have with a product. * I write exactly what I think about things - the good, the bad, and everything in between. * If I get multiple of something it's because I regularly use and need both of them. * And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected. ... show more

  • If it were cheaper...
Color: Black
I think I would have given this more stars if it was priced differently. For $90 this is an okay gun and it actually comes with half decent ink. Usually I would tell people to avoid the ink that comes with these kits but this stuff isn't too bad. The practice skin in garbage. I don't suggest even bothering with it. Now, if it were priced lower, maybe around $50-60, I would find this to be a great product. The Extra battery is a huge bonus and the cartridges aren't bad. But I expect more from these kits the higher the cost of them ... show more

  • Great kit for both beginners and pros
Color: Purple
This tattoo machine has honestly exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The standout feature is the 7 adjustable stroke lengths. This gives you impressive versatility in a single machine while lining, shading or color packing. Even softer black-and-grey work is all achievable without switching devices. Adjustments are smooth and precise, which makes dialing in your preferred setup quick and intuitive. The two 1600 mAh batteries are a huge plus. Battery life is excellent; one battery easily lasts a full session, and having a second ready to go eliminates downtime. Power delivery is consistent, with no noticeable voltage drop even during longer sessions. The cordless design also makes a big difference in comfort and mobility, especially for detailed or awkward angles. As a complete kit, it’s very well thought out. The included needle cartridges are reliable and well-sealed, the inks are decent for practice and smaller projects, and all the essential accessories are there. It's perfect for artists building a setup or upgrading to cordless without piecing everything together separately. Build quality feels solid and well-balanced in the hand. Vibration is minimal, noise is low, and the machine remains comfortable even during extended use. The purple finish is also a nice touch. It's professional but with a bit of personality. Who this kit is for: Beginners who want a serious, all-in-one starter kit Intermediate artists looking for a reliable cordless backup or travel machine Professionals who appreciate adjustable stroke flexibility in a compact setup Minor note: If you’re a seasoned pro, you may eventually want to upgrade the inks to your preferred brand but that’s expected with most complete kits and doesn’t take away from the overall value. Final verdict: This kit delivers excellent performance, flexibility, and value for the price. The adjustable strokes and dual batteries alone make it stand out, and the fact that it’s a complete, ready-to-use package makes it even better. Highly recommended for anyone serious about tattooing. ... show more

  • Good for beginners
Color: Purple
Good for beginners. Has big readable display. The needles are pretty good but for one time use. Battery lasts a good amount of time, you can do a 4x4 inch tat with one charge, wouldn't recommend going under half battery life.

  • Great kit for pros and newbies
Color: Black
This tattoo pen is one of the best pens I’ve used. The body of the pen is thick with an ergonomic design which makes it easy to hold for long periods without fatigue. It has a large LCD display that is easy to read. But, the most amazing feature of this pen is the ability to adjust among 7 different strokes lengths from 2.4mm - 4.2mm. The different stroke lengths are imprinted on the body of the pen in white which makes it very easy to read. In case you’re unfamiliar, long stroke lengths of 4.0mm+ are typically only used for lining, as they pack in ink with hard-hitting strokes. Long strokes pull the boldest lines in a single pass. Medium stroke lengths of 3.5mm can perform a little bit of everything. It’s most commonly used for color packing and shading. And short stroke lengths of 1.8mm-2.5mm are perfect for soft shading and blending work. Tattoo artists who specialize in hyperrealism and black & grey count on soft stroke lengths a lot to get those smooth, seamless blends. The kit comes with pretty much everything you need to start tattooing right away. The pen is also pretty quiet, even at higher voltages (10+). The vibration is also very smooth at 10+ voltages as well. The pen has a custom coreless motor so it doesn’t get hot either which is great. I would recommend this set for anyone looking to upgrade their wireless pen. Thank you for reading. I hope you found this review helpful. ... show more
