very comfortable unit. Assembly was successful after modifying the left spindles assembly as the mounting holes did not align. Looks great and takes up small space. I as very pleased with this unit.

I have never written a review in my life but I felt the need to warn future buyers. Over all when done the chair looks and works pretty well. It’s getting to that point that sucks. The assembly isn’t too bad if there was good workmanship involved. There isn’t at all. Holes are missing that have to be drilled that weren’t. I could handle that but there were holes that were tot linked up at all. Had to jury rig through the entire assembly. The worse was the back of the chair. The spindles were glued together but not lined up evenly. Could not attach the back to the arm rest one one side.the holes were off by 1”. By this time there was no way I could take it apart and pack it back in the box and send it back to china. The spindles had to be forcibly taken apart and drilled out the over glued holes to allow room for the spindles to set evenly to allow the back left arm to be attached to the main back post.if you have the tools and don’t mind working on junk then good luck. It should have taken about 1.5 hours to assemble but with the poor workmanship it took 5 hours jury rigging so to make it usable. I was planning to buy another one for my camp but after that I’ll pay a little more money and buy USA . I would not recommend this to anyone.

Overall, the chair is very nice. I was able to put it together by myself (I'm 83 and a widow with no tools) but there was one part that I couldn't get on. It's a bar looking piece with holes drilled in it and notches on each end. The instructions say to screw it into holes drilled for it across the front underneath the front of the seat. It did not fit! I don't think it will affect the use of the chair, but I wish I could contact the manufacturer to find out what to do about it. Other than that, I like the chair and it is comfortable.

I LOVE this chair, gorgeous frame, rich color but the assembly is a nightmare. It took 2 men (with plenty of home repair experience) & despite watching the videos enumerable times, searching online for additional instrux, half of the holes didn't line up, as though they were drilled in places for a different model! The only way they were able to assemble it was by drilling additional holes that did line up. The assembly WOULD have been easy IF everything was aligned from the factory. It's a 5 star chair with a ZERO assembly rating.
