I looked on many sites to find an inexpensive rug that I could put over a large, nice oriental rug in a high traffic area--one that's pattern did not clash with the pattern of the larger rug. I found this one on Amazon, and it seemed perfect. When it arrived, however, there was a defect: a long green thread that ran through part of the beige center. Amazon, as usual, made the return and replacement easy (apart from having to re-package a bulky rug). And the replacement rug arrived promptly, quicker than the original one. But I was not happy at all to find that there is a four or five inch soiled area on the outer border and a flaw in the weaving running several inches down. Luckily, that flaw is still the same color as the area around it. I feel like two defective rugs out of two delivered is unacceptable for any company. UPDATE: I have changed my rating to four stars instead of two because I was very impressed that this company reached out to me immediately and resolved all my issues with this product. ... show more

It looks really good, matches my wood floor pattern. The back seems better than some other brands. I like the colors and the pattern. The only bad part is that - I totally missed that there's big splotch of stain or something and it's such a bother to return.
