I have been using this now for over 30 days and I am fond of the colorful fire that glows in different colors, plus the remote makes it easy to turn both the heat and the fireplace lights on and off, or changing the colors of the fire logs and flame. The heat comes out the top, unlike my older electric fireplace which has the heat coming from near where the fire lights are, towards the bottom. This does heat up the room quickly. Do not set anything on the top because that does get hot., it is made of a lightweight material, very thin metal. Whereas, my older one the iron outside casing never heats up. ... show more

This is an excellent fireplace. We purchased it to use in out RV. I love the fact that is has 2 heat settings. It looks beautiful when it use. The flames and logs look very realistic and can be dimmed if desired.

This is an attractive little stove. Well made with steel and glass. No plastic. Very easy to assemble. Heat output is good for Fall. Will see about winter. Only complaint is the flame choices are not realistic.

I love the realistic fire. I just wish it had a temperature control. It only has 2 speeds. Low and high. But the high doesn't really throw out as much heat as you would think given the size of the unit. But it is nice to look at and it will heat your room, it just takes a little longer depending on the size of the area you are trying to heat. ... show more
