The physical construction is quite nice, with the metal build looking nicer than the plastic ones that I've seen in the store. The heater works well, too. Mine had a bad light chip and one of the fire effects stopped working. The company sent me a free replacement of the lights which was fairly easy to replace. The only issue is that the wrong part arrived. I believe it's for a slightly larger model, as it has an additional light array. It works, though. I used permanent double-sided foam tape to mount it, as the screw holes didn't align and I didn't want to add new holes. The light chip doesn't appear to use the screws as a ground. Now fixed, it is a great mood lifter for the winter months. The heat output is more than sufficient for my uses.

I really like this heater. It's got a nice, varied fire display, and a good 2-level heater, that heats a small room rather quickly. The fan is a little loud, but I don't need to keep it on all the time. The one thing I'd love to add is a thermostat for it.

I just received mine today, it came in the mail very well packaged, once I opened it I noticed one of the doors were broken from the hinge part of the door. Ashame because I was really looking forward to having this item. I wish I can get a replacement, but only option I have is to return it for a refund. Disappointed!

I did my research. Very pleased with my final decision. This little stove puts out some good heat and quickly. I have cathedral ceilings in my small living room. And I still can say it does a great warm-up even with the high ceiling. The flame is realistic which was important to me. I hate fake so I am very pleased with the realistic affect this stove presents. Easy installation. Just screw on the 4 legs. It isn't cheesy at all. Nice metal casing with glass doors. Remote is great and it has a timer feature which I love having. It allows me to fall asleep with the flame (not the heater for safety reasons) that will shut off while I dose off. I am 100% thrilled with this item. I did have the first delivery left in the great void but Amazon immediately rectified that by sending another stove which I received in 2 days. So all in all. @ thumbs up on this item. However. Its only been about a month of having it so time will tell. Anything negative about this stove, I will write a follow-up review.
