LOVE THIS! My frig is nice, but no ice maker. With this, I make ice cubes once or twice a month. Because they do tend to stick together when first made, I put them in a large baggie. Then I put it in my freezer and bust apart before use. Also, I also just dump them in a container after refreezing and breaking them apart. I make ice on cleaning day, as I'm up and about anyways, empty it often. My only regret is I didn't buy this years ago.

Nice little ice maker. Takes a while to get the bigger ice pellets. Trick is to put ice or cold distilled water in the unit. Take the first four or more smaller ice pellets and put them back into the water tank. The colder water/ice will eventually make nice hard larger ice pellets. Let it run while you use this ice. Drain the water tank when not in use.

The ice maker does make ice quickly. The holes in the middle do lend to the ice melting faster in drinks and the ice does begin to melt inside the ice maker and clump together. We aren't able to transfer it to our freezer dispenser because the freezer is much colder than the maker so it forms a solid ball that won't dispense. We have to ration a full ice bin for water bottles in the morning, generally only filling three halfway, which doesn't last the day at school. I will fill the bottles when I first wake, then let the ice maker make some more to get mostly full bottles.

Due to health issues, I need ice alot and having an ice maker in my room has been a game changer. It's small enough to fit on a shelf, works perfectly, only makes noise to drop the ice, and makes it pretty quickly. It's been a game changer and I'd absolutely order again. (Can fill a 16oz mason jar full of the ice and still have some cubes left)

Produces ice every 6 minutes like clockwork. Ice is a little wet but we transfer to the freezer pretty quick. It keeps a family of 4 in ice all day. Would definitely buy again.
