This is a great little freezer. Much better than the Whynter freezer that I bought, which has to be precisely level to work. This one you just plug in, turn the freezer knob [I keep mine at 5 out of 6] and fill all the way up. Everything stays frozen including ice cream.

I had this freezer for 1 month and then it stopped working completely! When ever I plug it in it blows breakers. They don't provide return shipping; which costs more to send back then what you paid for it. So even though they say there is a warranty it is completely useless and becomes null and void because they do not truly honour it according to Amazon's warranty policies. Bought the freezer in July and put it on our apartment balcony, in the shade. As the annual temperatures seem to big getting worse each year, the freezer has been through two excessive heat periods, two in August with temperatures of 112 on our balcony. Typically the high temps are in the mid-90s. Through all of this heat the products inside are just as frozen as in cooler weather. We are very pleased with our purchase. ... show more
