Very well packaged and shipped promptly, received it probably a month at least before the expected delivery date. Plugged it in 24 hours after getting it just in case it had been tilted which I read in the manual. At “4” the unit is very cold and so far it is working well. Looks very nice and in perfect shape, filled it with meat!

This product is not well protected during shipping. Mine arrived with two dents on one side because the Styrofoam wall inside the box is too thin, so any small puncture to the outer box can damage the body of the freezer. I returned it and chose another brand instead.

This is a great little freezer. Much better than the Whynter freezer that I bought, which has to be precisely level to work. This one you just plug in, turn the freezer knob [I keep mine at 5 out of 6] and fill all the way up. Everything stays frozen including ice cream.

Well made and just the right size. However ice has formed on the top of the door. Clearly an improper seal. Very disappointing. Also a needed addition is a red idiot light to determine if the unit is working. The only way to determine if the unit is freezing is to open the door and touch an item.

I like the freezer because it fits good in the spot I wanted to put it but I am not too happy it has a dent in the door & one of the glass shelf holders was damaged . I think I should get some of my money back.
