This is a great freezer. Delivered right to your door makes it even that much better. I slid the box inside my door from the porch and then just use a box cutter to cut from the top to the bottom of the box at the corners to create a “door” to easily drop the front of the box down and slide the freezer out. It was packaged extremely well and no damage at all. I’m not sure how they expect you to get the clear safety wrap off, so I just left mine on. I was able to peel it off the door, but the rest of the freezer is still in the safety wrap and you can’t even tell. Better than fighting to get it off. It’s there to protect the paint, so I understand why it’s needed, but I didn’t want to hassle with it and get frustrated. That would be my only minor gripe, but it’s not a fair gripe because they went above and beyond to make sure you get a blemish free freezer. Standard setting gets below zero. Small amount of frost buildup after many months of use. Overall, I’m very happy with this freezer and I highly recommend.

Very well package, no defects, and received it earlier than the expected delivery date. Looks great and the size is a perfect fit to where it needs it to be. Very quiet. Keeps very cold and works great. This is a perfect little freezer; I ordered another one after about 9 months in operation. Will buy from this store again. I bought this primarily for the thermostat is in the back of the unit and its size dimensions.

Very well packaged and shipped promptly, received it probably a month at least before the expected delivery date. Plugged it in 24 hours after getting it just in case it had been tilted which I read in the manual. At “4” the unit is very cold and so far it is working well. Looks very nice and in perfect shape, filled it with meat!

It went graveyard DEAD after less than 6 weeks!!! We unfortunately lost over $600 of frozen Alaskan salmon and Black Cod that completely thawed and went in the rubbish. A word of advice: put a freezer thermometer in the unit and check the internal temp every single day to make sure it is maintaining the desired temperature. In the short time it ran a significant amount of ice/frost accumulated on the inside near the top shelf, but that cleared up when it DIED.

Well made and just the right size. However ice has formed on the top of the door. Clearly an improper seal. Very disappointing. Also a needed addition is a red idiot light to determine if the unit is working. The only way to determine if the unit is freezing is to open the door and touch an item.

This is a great little freezer. Much better than the Whynter freezer that I bought, which has to be precisely level to work. This one you just plug in, turn the freezer knob [I keep mine at 5 out of 6] and fill all the way up. Everything stays frozen including ice cream.
