Top zone has a low temp of 42; bottom zone a low of 54. The company makes a model where both zones go down to 42. Had I known, I’d have looked for that model, for my particular wine preferences.

I really like this wine refrigerator. It’s quiet looks very nice in my dining room. I was reluctant to put it in my kitchen because I thought it would be another annoying sound like my own refrigerator but it is so quiet I will probably make room in the cabinets in the kitchen. It is the oerfect dimensions for the kitchen cabinets but also looks great standing on its own in the dining room. The blue light is perfect and the wine bottles fit perfectly even the champagne bottles. Having 2 different temps is great too!! I love it!!

Purchased to replace a wine fridge that died. Well packed for shipping, easy to install. We are red wine drinkers so having more shelves for red is good. Compressor noise is reasonable. Very good looking and good value for the price.

I rate the unit as just ok. A bit louder that I would have preferred...not terrible but no where near as quiet as some reviews said. Biggest issue is not the units fault however the design for wine storage is opposite the unit this one replaced. The smaller top section of the unit is designed for white wine. Our old unit was designed with the lower section for white wine. Why does that matter? We are white wine drinkers. The top section on this unit is the small section...two shelves. The lower section is the large area. So we can only put about 6 bottles of white wine in the top. This matters since the colder section of the unit intended for white is the top section. The other issue for us is the shelves are rather close to each other. Any bottle bigger that the slimmest bottles will not fit. These complaints are more about the unit not being what we expected...not so much about the unit's quality. I spent a lot of time researching units but still ended up not getting what I expected. One important side note: We did have a question about operating the unit that required us to call the seller. They responded promptly and where very helpful. Good to know the customer service was there when needed. Update: We've had the unit for three months now. It works well keeping wine at the desired temps. The fan motor noise is not a big deal...probably comparable to most wine coolers. And it does look good in the kitchen...we installed it as a built-in. Plus, we received and email from the seller recently expressing their concern about our satisfaction with the unit...I rate that as excellent customer follow-up.

This dual temperature wine cooler is great! I was careful to order one with the small number of white wine temperatures as we are more red wine drinkers, so it was important to have the right temperatures in each section. No issues and fits perfectly in a 15" cabinet! We are very happy with this.

It looks very nice, but I can not write a review because my kitchen remodeling is taking longer that planned and I was not yet able to install. As soon as I install and start to use it I’ll write a review about how the wine cooler is working for me. UPDATE 11/21/19 I installed the cooler and it looks wonderful, much better that in the pictures. I adjusted the temperatures and in a very short time, it was working at my settings. One of the most important things is that is very silent, this was very important for me, because is in the kitchen, at the end of the cabinets, followed by the Family Room, where my family is always around. Other important feature is that you can lock the wine cooler, having young grandchildren this a very good feature. Another important thing is that having double control, you can store white and red wines in the same cooler, but in different zones. It blends very well with the rest of my appliances that are in Stainless Steel. I recommend this wine cooler to anyone that would like to have one.

The fan in this beverage refrigerator is not functioning properly. It’s making a very annoying, loud noise. I have been in constant contact with this company for over 2 months and this issue has not been fixed. I was supposedly sent a replacement fan that I would have to install myself and after multiple requests for a tracking number for the fan, I have just been told the fan was list and it would take at least another month to arrive. Definitely not a quality product worth the price.
