Air conditioner only blew room temperature air and warm air. The sticker on the ac said not to return to store but to call the number provided. We called 4 times and only received a voicemail stating to leave a message and a returned call will be provided within 24 hours. We left messages and never got a call back. We returned the ac unit. I was honestly impressed with this AC. My room gets really hot and humid during the summer, and this unit cooled it down much faster than I expected. I really like the U-shaped design because it lets in a lot more natural light than a traditional window AC. Installation was easier than I anticipated, and the included foam did a great job sealing everything up—it kept out bugs, blocked drafts, and looked clean enough that I left it installed year-round. One unexpected bonus was that the small front ledge became my cat's favorite spot to sit in the sun and watch the birds. Cools great but issue is the water only will drain from side so bucket under drain and about a two three guarts water per hour. Not a good unit to leave on all the time due to drainage.

    • Good idea but isn’t very secure
This unit isn’t secure if you have siding. I feel like a brick wall or something that has no give it would work just fine. It messes your siding up to when trying to tighten it up support bolts.
