Sturdy box no damage packed well. All pieces included for trim, seal foam strip heavy duty dense foam panels instead of accordion plastic pull out sides. Looks great, slightly heavy some might need 2 person to set in window. Really genius exterior screw extension rods for stability. No 2x4 or visible bracket to supports on the exterior. . Really clean lines with overall appearance. Happy for that having to use the dining room window. Once set up and plugged in turned on we're amazed. Going from central air to window units it's so much quieter than any other window air conditioners we have had & used. Did a video specifically so you can hear on high cool fan the soft sound. Cools fantastic removing humid warm inside air. It's functional design and quality build is superior to any big names even a name brand claiming quitest small bedroom higher end 5000 btu we bought . This is 10,000 BTU for smaller living/dining room and single story home. 80+ degrees today and just very happy & actually impressed with the cooling ability, settings, remote and I don't have to turn the TV up because the A/C is on. I'm glad we purchased this specific item with the instruction booklet giving Rowan Electric Appliances direct phone number for any questions or assistance.

Love how this unit looks however after only 2 months of use it no longer works. You have to manually drain it yourself but the unit stops cooling after 10 minutes of draining and the error code comes back. Very disappointed

Nice and quiet. Cools really well. Best to have 2 people lower onto the window sill, but otherwise installation is so easy--no additional parts needed and no assembly required.

The media could not be loaded. I installed this and loved the model. It looks great and the option to still open my window and the unobstructed view is fantastic. However, after running it for about 10 minutes it started to vibrate intensely, so much so that the whole wall started to shake. We jokingly called it the earthquake function. It had been sitting right side up for over 24 hours prior to installation, but I let it rest some more thinking it might need more time for the refrigerant to settle. Nothing, didn’t work, it again started shaking very soon after turning it on. Sadly, I have to return this unit that I really wanted to work out. It’s really very nice, but something is very wrong with the unit I received. Hopefully, it’s a fluke.

The media could not be loaded. It worked when I installed it. The second time it didn't cool the air. It was very noisy. I've already contacted Amazon and the store. They say they can't return it and that from the video it seems to work perfectly. They didn't solve my problem and I feel frustrated.
