I have ordered the table set for my best friends birthday and I was worried. I had to submit an enquiry to the seller cuz she thought the 2 chairs out of 4 were defective, I have wrote to the seller and he asked to provide the photos of the defect and was open to find a solution to help to resolve this issue. It took less than a day to my surprise. Later on, my friend called me saying that she figured out how to install it. I wasn't sure what it was but I think that the seller might need to check if the instructions are easy to use, which I'm not sure, that's just a suggestion.
