It is starting to get windy, and we try to keep the awning in when the breeze or wind goes over 5 mph. There are times we walk inside or forget to bring the awning in. The awning fabric doesn't seem like the best quality, so I ordered this tape to be on the safe side. I'm trying to build an emergency supply kit for DIY fixes. This tape feels like good quality, and it is almost a clear color. My fabric is black, so I'm not exactly sure how well it will look once applied, but I like having something on-hand just in case. The tape is very sticky, and fairly easy to peel back from the roll.

We have an awning and it's got gaps, especially where it meets the RV. I nabbed this tape up as soon as I saw it. The tape is extremely sticky, which is essential when dealing with an awning. It's also flexible, which is good since the awning has to roll up when we're on the road. It also looks durable and strong. I'm hoping to use it soon and I'll update when I see how it works.

This is exactly what I needed to fix the awning on the RV out back. I love the reinforcing fibers in the tape and that it is a neutral/clear-ish color. I'm hoping it won't even be very noticeable once I get the thing all patched up. Great buy!

This tape feels stronger and stickier than other tape we have used to repair tears in tarps with. It's a clearish off white color and it was easy to apply to the spots we needed it for. Good sized roll so we applied a patch of this tape to both sides of our tarp for a more durable repair. It seemed to stick really well to the warm and dry surface and hopefully it holds up well with the incoming rain we have forecasted. I will update my review as needed but overall this tape worked great for general purpose tarp repair.

This review is for the Waterproof Repair Tape by ANNIETFR. Perfect tape for repairing a tent with rips and leaks. I have other PVC/vinyl repair kits, and this tape is thicker, sturdier, and better quality due to the fiberglass grid inside. It's kind of like clear duct tape. If you're serious about repairing anything nicer than a cheap inflatable pool raft, THIS is the stuff to use. Last month, I got a *really* nice, expensive tent for free from my neighbor. He used it just once to go camping, but it leaked in the rain. He was ready to throw it in the trash. I offered to give it a new life with some tent repair tape, and he said, "You can just HAVE the darn thing!" I set up the tent my yard, sprayed it down with a hose, and found the leak. Once everything was clean and dry (24 hours later), I used this tape to re-seal the seams and repair a small rip in the rainfly. The tape is VERY adhesive and stuck to the tent fabric with zero issues. Of course, to maximize the life of this tape, you should first try to clean the area of any dirt or debris, and only use it on a dry surface. Anyway, 24 hours after repairing the tent with this tape, I blasted the tent with the hose again. NO MORE LEAKS!

We snagged our year old, 30'x50' pool cover resulting in an almost 3 inch hole in the tarp. Not wanting to have to replace it so soon I researched repair options and decided to give this tape a try even though I think it's meant more for rips and smaller holes. We are thrilled with the results and we did the pictured repair during a break in the rain on a stormy day! I intended to do a better job with the patch, but it was a difficult reach and everything was wet. Because it's holding up so well i haven't gone back to fix it up. I dried the top of the tarp with a towel and the tape stuck very strong. I didn't dry the underside and it still stuck strong! It feels like a solid patch that is going to last! So far the patch has not lifted or started peeling off and the patched hole is now on the water(it's lifted out of the water with a raft underneath in the picture). Very pleased and relieved to not need a new tarp!

A hail storm damaged the awning on our camper right at the edge to the camper, not much but enough to cause an annoying drip. We checked into replacing the awning but got a bit of sticker shock, so I looked into repair tape. This came along, and it turns out it's great. Very sturdy tape, the woven textile body really adds great support. It is very sticky, so be careful it doesn't stick up on itself. This is a lot of tape at 39ft, and we have a pop-up tent to fix next. I have added a few before and after pictures, while it is clear, the woven textile body is visible, but I take visible tape over getting dripped on any time.

This roll is not immense, but if your hole is that large, you may need more than repair tape to fix your item. This is perfect for small/medium holes and will last you a while based on that usage. Just a good item to have in your garage if you do outdoorsy stuff. The tape is thick, but cuts easily and using it to patch your holes, rips, or tears, is pretty easy and self explanatory. For safety, and to further ensure it's waterproof ability you could patch both sides of your item. We did. I'm happy with this purchase. Used it to patch a hole on my tent and it worked out perfectly.
