As others have mentioned, seller does not respond to E-Mails, even though their website states a reply within 24 hours. As with others, no, there is no reply in the Inbox, or in the Spam folder, or the Trash folder. NO REPLY. Seller claims 1 year warranty. Sent them a picture and a copy of the 10 month invoice. Warranty is no good if they don't reply.

This would be a great headset if it would stay tightened. The battery pack works great and kept the VR charged an extra four hours. However, eight days after getting it, the twisting mechanism was not work and you could not tighten the straps at least to say disappointed and had to send it back.

Got this today for my son. Read reviews some were good some said back won’t ratchet down. I should have listed because ours was junk! Don’t even get to use it. Put it on and instantly wouldn’t work!!

The wires fell apart leaving the metal pieces stick inside the charge port. No response from customer support when contacted. Only used for a week before it broke.
