I absolutely love this Pump! As a first-time mom, I was overwhelmed by all the options they have out there and have tried the spectra 2 , medela manual pump, haakas, and 2 different momcozy pumps, but this pump has exceeded my expectations and is by far my new favorite! It's easy to use, has a super natural feel and doesn’t hurt like some other pumps. It’s very efficient at expressing milk. The suction settings and flange sizes are adjustable which is awesome, it takes some playing around with but I produced 5 oz from one breast my first time using this pump which is more than normal. I usually feed my son from one side and then pump the other for extra milk to save so I don’t mind that you can only pump from one breast at a time. I highly recommend this company!! If you are thinking about giving this pump a try, do it!!

I ordered this product thinking it was gonna be very good. Didn’t try it at first because it was only one pump. I thought it was supposed to be two. had it returned receive my money back, but then I decided to try it and it’s not as great as it’s advertised the pulling not so good not hospital grade for me. I need hospital grade and it doesn’t have that suction.

While the "tongue" action seems like it might be a good idea, in practice I found it meh and the motor is loud and an unpleasant noise. It is very bulky, a bit awkward to hold by hand and won't fit a normal hands-free pumping bra. Annabella does make a special bra but that is an additional expense over the already high price. Do not recommend.

I never leave reviews but I had to for this pump! I was very skeptical to spend so much on a pump with such conflicting reviews, but ultimately it seemed to me as though the bad reviews were left by those who probably require more suction (which I do not). I usually only pump one side at a time anyways because I hate pumping bras and am constantly multitasking, so I don't mind one bit having to sit and pump one side at a time. The pump is much heavier than others though, so if sitting and holding the flange is a deal breaker, this probably is not the pump for you. For reference: I hated the madela pump I had when I had my oldest 7 years ago, I hated the lansinoh pump I had saved in the closet for my most recent, and the zommee z2 was the best out of the three. While the zommee did better, it still didn't work that great for me. I have pumped 3 times total so far with the annabella and gotten double, if not more than double, than what I typically get with my zommee! This has been amazing!!! The annabella pump has also been more comfortable overall for me than any other pump I have tried. I have a lot less nipple soreness during and after a pump session. For those looking for a suction level comparison - with my zommee i usually only get anything out with massage mode on a suction level of 3, any other setting I have tried I get zero milk out. With the annabella I have so far been comfy using about half the tongue height and half suction level, and like I said getting DOUBLE, if not a little more than.

This was a haste buy because my newborn latched well and effectively moved colostrum but because of a small mouth, despite a few lactation consultations, she caused pain to my nips. I purchased the Annabella because it was touted as being similar to a baby feeding and I thought that would relieve my pain and I didn’t want to discourage my milk flow. Since the Annabella still uses suction, there was still pain. In fact, my baby Buddha was effective on level one of the let down mode, which was tolerable compared to the Annabella which required use at level 9, the highest level. The reasons I don’t care for the Annabella is the price for the product. $200 for one breast pump as if the majority don’t have two breasts is outrageous. I’ve never had to purchase a pump bra, I’ve always used a sports bra: who wants to change bras every 3 hours when they are dressed? Not I. The Annabella was too big for a sports bra and therefore, required hands on an entire session. 15 minute pumping now turned into 30 minutes because I only had one pump, which is such a drain when pumping during the night. Does the Annabella move milk? Yes However, at half the price, for two pumps, the Baby Buddha moves just as much on level one as the Annabella on max. This was not a bad purchase, but certainly not the best. I which I would have thought this through before making a haste decision to purchase.

I ordered this item after using a Madela for my first child, and wanted to try a new pump. The build of the pump is high quality, with few parts, is easy to take apart and clean, and the system is totally remote: it is charged using any type c charger. Very easy to carry around and use. The feel of the pump itself is as natural as I think possible, and comparable to the Madela in the duration of use for each session. Pros- Easy use, easy clean, very nice looking item, totally remote Cons- A carrying bag would be great.

This pump is so much more convenient than the one I have that plugs into the wall! Time is precious when you have a newborn. With a nursing bra, you can actually move around the house and take care of other things while getting your pumping done!! The Annabella gives me the best milk supply I’ve ever had, it’s comfortable, easily operated and convenient. Highly recommend this one for new moms!
